Outside, enjoy a wealth of amenities on your Hilton Head Island vacation including a private beachside pavilion, a large pool, and a grill/entertainment area—perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The Barrington community, which includes Barrington Arms, Barrington Court, and Barrington Park, is conveniently located near the bike path, making it easy to explore all the attractions of Palmetto Dunes. Plus, world-class golf, tennis and pickleball is just around the corner!

This fifth floor unit has exceptional ocean views from every room! The villa opens to a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for two. The dining room is off the kitchen and seats six. The comfortable living room has a sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV, and a full wall of windows leading out to a covered oceanfront balcony. This large balcony is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or an evening appetizer after a long day on the beach.

The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, a slider to the balcony and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twins, and TV. There is a jacuzzi tub/shower combo that can be accessed from the hallway.

The views of the Atlantic are breathtaking from this Palmetto Dunes villa!

Stroll along the private walkways, surrounded by the beautiful gardens, native live oaks, palmettos, and meandering lagoons. The manicured gardens and landscaped pathways take you directly to the pool or the beach. The large climate-controlled pool has plenty of lounge chairs, and an observation area. A wonderful large gazebo shades tables and chairs for those who want to take a break from the sun and have a bite to eat.

You will find three grills and a bar area ideal for picnics with adjacent bathrooms and an enclosed hot tub poolside. The beach is just a few steps away. Convenient showers are available to wash away the sand from an exciting day at the beach.

I was excited to be able to visit HHI again for the 4th time and stay in the same condo. We love the view from 512. We thought the condo was clean however the furniture was the same and definitely showed signs of being worn. We were fine with everything else. I do not plan a trip to sit inside for a week. We have always enjoyed our stay and most definitely did again this time.

Thank you Island Getaway! We’re from Atlanta and wanted to get away for some downtime and relaxation. Barrington 512 was the ultimate and had everything that you could possibly need to relax, cook, and just enjoy the surroundings. We spent a lot of time on the patio/balcony, eating meals and sipping on our favorite libation while looking out at the waves and watching people on the beach. We also relaxed on the beach as well as walked and rode our bikes, a bunch of fun! Also, I want to mention, that previous reviews stated that the furniture was dated and stained. That furniture has now been replaced and the new furniture is very modern and comfortable. The only negative was the sliding door on the living room was hard to open and close. We just used the other sliding door of the master bedroom to get out on the patio. Barrington 512 checked all the boxes and Thank You Island Getaway for a wonderfully relaxing and superb vacation!!!

I can’t begin to express how disappointed I am in this unit. The unit is so outdated. The view is wonderful. We come to HH 2-3 times a year, we have stayed in numerous different condos. This is by far the worst. There are so many options to choose from on the island. This unit needs to step it up. The TVs are small, the kitchen is small, hardly a cabinet to put the food we brought, the barstools don’t even match. The bathrooms both have step in tubs, which are dangerous for older renters, they did not even provide a face towel. Everyone provides 2 bath, 2 hand and 1 face, not here! Like I said, the balcony sells this place. Our stay I know will be great b/c we love HH, but we won’t be coming back here. I had to put one star....b/c there is no zero. The above picture is from under one of the beds.

Summer Vacation - July 2020

We had mixed feelings as we left HHI. Our family experience was amazing, but it is unfortunate that the condo at 512 Barrington Court is in such bad condition. The condo was very dirty (according to the service chant of the wall in the kitchen the unit had not been cleaned since April 2020) and everything in it was outdated (e.g. appliances are old, but working; the couch has holes, the vertical shades in each bedroom were broken and/or missing; etc.). With views like this, the condo really needs some updates and maintenance.

View and location were spectacular...best we’ve ever had! Beds were very firm and comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Washer/dryer worked very well! Saw dolphins swimming and pelicans flying from the balcony each day! The sofa and chair in living room are worn. And some of the outlets didn’t seem to work. But neither of these things would prevent us from renting this unit again. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

The location and the view was wonderful. Had problems with WiFi but Island Getaway tried very hard to work on this issue. (Much thanks to Emily at Island Getaway.!!) Condo wasn’t the cleanest. Hair in floor and in the bed someone must have had a dog or cat there before us and cleaning company didn’t do very well . Needs major updates stayed here a few years ago. Had the same comforters and worn rugs. The owners should change those occasionally The sofas are very stained and yellowed covered them with sheets to feel comfortable. Kitchen is adequate. One incredible thing was, you can see the Sunrise from the balcony !! Wonderful to wake up to that!!

Mold in master bathroom (downright dangerous to health), dead (thank goodness) bugs on window sill, dust bunnies on bedroom floor, ceiling fan paddles filthy - huge deterioration in quality since we rented same unit in May. Your cleaning crew really dropped the ball! Extremely disappointed and probably won't be back.
