This complex contains buildings that are two stories over carport-style parking with pool and lagoon views. Amenities include large private decks. There is also an onsite pool that is open April through September. This complex does not have elevators.

This first floor (two sets of stairs) 1260 sqft, two bedroom, near ocean villa is perfect for your next getaway to Hilton Head Island. From the entry door you will notice the bedrooms in this villa are separated by the common areas. This makes it great for multiple families or groups traveling together. This near ocean villa is close to the pool and only 100 yards to the beach.

To the right of the front entry door is the kitchen has mostly stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to suit your cooking needs. The dining room, which is just off the kitchen, comfortably seats six. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room featuring tile floors, a sofa and matching loveseat, and a new smart TV. There are two sliding glass doors on either side of the living room that access the back deck. The unit is equipped with smart thermostats and high speed internet.

The primary bedroom, which is located off the living room, has a king bed, flat screen TV, a private bath with tub/shower combo and a separate dressing area. There is also a sliding glass door with access to a deck that connects to the living room. The second bedroom is to the left of the main entry door. It has two double beds, a TV, a private bath with tub/shower combo with a newly updated shower head, and sliding glass doors to the deck.
