Stay 19 is a bright and modern house with a private terrace at the back of the house. It has a private entrance and exit at the back as well. A nice living area with big sofa and design furniture. At the back a dining area with table and 6 seats.

It has fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, combi oven, nespresso and traditional coffeemaker, fridge with freezer. Tablets and cups are included. There is TV (no cable). The hallway has a toilet and with the “typical Dutch’ stairs you will reach the first floor. On first floor there is the bathroom with shower and toilet as well.

Four-person townhouse near Umcg and center, prime location, top finish, nice kitchen and cozy. Perfect for a couple, Great for 2 couples or 4 friends, business travelers and nice and cosy for families (with kids).
The house has a kitchen with dishwasher, combi oven, waterboiler, coffeemaker, laundryroom.
Diingroom with table and 4 chairs. Ground floor with livingroom and has a toilet.
On the 1st floor we have two bedrooms. both with a double bed and a shower and toilet.
Airco in the bedrooms.

Erg fijn huis op zeer goede locatie in het centrum van Groningen. Fijn contact met verhuurder! Huis is sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne bedden, goede keuken en badkamer. 2 fijne fietsen! Kortom een aanrader!

Comfortable and Central Location

The location was excellent, the house was comfortable with many amenities and even fast WI-FI. Our host (Diet) was there to greet us and answer any questions we had. I thoroughly recommend this property for a stay in Groningen.

Geniale Innenstadtlage 5min. zu Fuß zum Grode Markt

Eine herzliche Begrüßung und gute Betreuung auch während des Aufenthalts. Tolle Wohnung in der nichts fehlt was man zum Leben wirklich braucht. Super Ausstattung , Klasse Küche, Fietzen, Tipps und Kniffe von und über Veranstaltungen und gastronomischer Einrichtungen. Ob Frühstück oder 5 Gänge Menü, Ausflug oder Erholungstipp. Danke nochmals an Diet für die nette, freundliche und offene Art. Sie hat uns allen gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Man kann es nur empfehlen.

Lovely property in amazing Groningen

We have stayed at 3 of Diet & Anton's properties and all of them have been exceptional. The house is very comfortable and cosy and near to the centre of Groningen. Everything is within walking distance, with lots of little bars and cafes nearby. Parking was near to the house which was a bonus. Very comfortable beds and big fridge to store lots of cold drinks - which were needed when we went!! We would love to return one day to Groningen and would definitely seek to staying at this property again.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene, gepflegte Unterkunft. Perfekt geeignet für Trip am Wochenende nach Groningen. Mit 4 Peronen mehr als genug Platz. Super nette Vermieter mit unkomplizierter, freundlicher Kommunikation.

Ein großartiger Familien-Kurzurlaub im Zentrum von Groningen!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ideal für 4 Personen. Zu Fuss direkt ins Stadtzentrum ist man gerade einmal 5 Minuten unterwegs - besser geht es nicht! Die Vermieterin Diet ist sehr nett, die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (6 und 11 Jahre) über die Osterferien in Groningen. Es war perfekt!

Das perfekte Haus für einen Städtetrip.

Das Haus ist direkt an der Innenstadtgrenze, nur einen Sprung vom Stadtrundgang, den nächsten Restaurants und Läden entfernt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es ist sauber und gemütlich. Antworten auf Anfragen kamen prompt, die Übergabe war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir kommen gern wieder.
