Comprises some 1,880 sq. ft with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, den with pull out sleeper sofa, sleeps 2 more guests. Upper cathedral living area offers sunfilled great room with fireplace, eat in kitchen area, half bath, and decks for summer enjoyment. Lower level finished as guest space; amenities include central air, od shower, and peaceful locale make this a lovely choice for beach lovers. One week minimum. Polite notice: Renters will be charged $20 a day for electricity usage.

We are 2 working professionals that are looking to rent out our beautiful house. We traditionally spend our summers in Montauk however have decided to spread our wings and discover other parts of the world during the Summer. We are both active people and love all that Montauk has to offer. We regularly surf at Ditch Plains, take walks to the private beach and dock our boat at Montauk Harbor. We have our extended families come out and spend the summer months with us at our house, it is a perfect family summer home. We have taken great care and upkeep of this house and expect our guests to do so too!
