The house has 2 levels and consists of kitchen, dining room, living room and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, fridge and freezer. The living room has a large fireplace with pizza oven.
The house is also equipped with WI-FI, TV SAT, fans, heating, washing machine and mosquito nets.
Possibility of additional extra bed and cot.

Great villa with amazing pool!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property manager and owner were delightful with great communication. The view and pool area were unbeatable! The only issues we had were not having AC, since we were there during a heat wave, and the TV was too old to plug our iPad into to watch movies. I think it would be nice to have more lamps in the family room too, just for more comfortable lighting. It was also a bit farther away from Certaldo and other towns than we realized. Otherwise, we would definitely recommend!

Schöne großzügige Villa mit traumhaftem Anwesen und Panoramablick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen, insbesondere den schönen Pool und die riesige Außenanlage. Die Vermieter waren sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Wir waren zwei Familien (9 Personen mit Kindern im Teenageralter). San Gimignano ist in einer knappen halben Stunde und Städte wie Florenz und Pisa in ca. einer Stunde zu erreichen. Vielen Dank!

Mooie, klassieke villa

Alles was in orde bij aankomst. Hier en daar wat veroudering aan de meubels maar voor de rest was alles goed! Toffe plaats voor met vrienden/familie.

Super erholsam

Voll ausgestattetes schönes Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und Bädern. Es liegt in einem Olivenhain in den Hügeln mit tollem Blick und viel Platz ca. 10Km von Certaldo entfernt (letzten Kilometer ungeteerter Weg). Lediglich ein weiteres Haus auf der anderen Straßenseite, d.h. sehr schön ruhig. Pool mit Daybeds und Loungemöbeln machen einen sehr neuen Eindruck. Fantastischer Urlaub, lediglich die Mücken waren lästig.
