Excellent apartment in a very nice complex. Short walking distance to many lovely bars, shops and restaurants. Excellent communication and help with the owner Laura. The roof top terrace was great even when a little exposed on windier days. Be very happy to return on future holidays! Thank you.

Excellent stay in this bright spacious apartment. Enjoyed the amazing swimming pool which was easy to access. Location was good close to beach. We caught the bus from Almeria to here and the bus stop was nearby. Large terrace which could get a bit windy. I would return again.

penthouse in well maintained development at Playa Serena

There are views to the sea and, over the adjacent Golf Course Greens, to the mountains. A clean nicely presented, bright, well equipped apartment with an underground car space. Playa Serena is a tourist development with kilometres of cycle/walkways along the beaches to the port and fort at Roquetas de Mar and then on to Aguadulce. In mid January (2019) temperatures were mild on this part of the coast despite snow on the Sierra Nevadas. There were plenty of cafés/ bars and tourist shops open but the majority seem to aim to open up in February. We had a car but it appeared that local public transport (newish coaches/busses) and taxis are readily available (less then 10 mins on foot from the apartment complex).

Value for money

Pleasant stay in Roquetas. Value for money because of the balance between positive and negative aspects.Positive: large terras with nice views to the sea (at 300-400 metres distance) and the golf course; Well guarded and maintained complex; Helpfull contacts with the owner (Laura) and the key holder (Ana, neighbour), although they both only speak Spanish; Perfect Internet/WIFI; On the day of arrival a new toaster and a new coffee machine. Many parking places on the street (garage is rather small for bigger cars)Negative: The beds are short (190 cm!) and small (130 cm and 80 cm). So, not suited for taller people; Furniture in the livving room was old and sagged (sofa beds); Equipment in the kitchen is rather old and not functioning well. Should be replaced; Shower is very small (75 x 75 cm inside) and not suited for taller/bigger people; There is no loading station for EV's in the neigbourhood.Summary: nice vacation in an appartement on the 4th floor with a huge terras with nice views, inside the appartement things could be renewed and upgraded.

Vivienda ideal, equipado con todo lo necesario, muy limpio,vistas impresionantes, terraza con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del verano . Zona muy tranquila con la playa muy cerca andando y restauración sin necesidad de coger el coche. Wir waren vom 17.-26.05.2025 zu zweit in der Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin Laura war sehr gut. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Residencial Agua Serena im Block 3 im 4. Stock. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet (Hand- und Geschirrtücher sowie Bettwäsche). Auch in der Küche ist die Ausstattung super: Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine. Der Balkon ist riesig und hat in alle Richtungen einem phantastischen Ausblick. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgt in der Wohnung durch Ana. Es gibt zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ein Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ein schönes Appartment für einen schönen Urlaub

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verlebt. Das Appartment war sauber und ordentlich. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Vom großen Balkon hat man eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer, den Golfplatz und bei klarem Wetter sogar bis zu den Gipfeln der Sierra Nevada. In der Tiefgarage konnte unser Auto und die Fahrräder sicher untergestellt werden.Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos auf englisch und spanisch. Alle Fragen wurden kurzfristig beantwortet und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen. Wir bekamen zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und die Umgebung. Hierfür möchten wir uns nochmals ganz besonders bedanken. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Mooi penthouse met driezijdig balcon

Prima verblijf, mooi uitzicht, goede parkeergelegenheid in ondergelegen garage.Jammer dat het zwembad gesloten was. Deze wintersluiting dient op de site te worden vermeld. Wij zijn enthousiaste (koud-) waterzwemmers en hadden deze locatie mede om die reden geselecteerd.

Appartement propre, spacieux et lumineux. Lits confortables. Attention: le grand lit n’a que 1.35m de large! Laura est proactive par rapport aux remarques. Selon nos normes cet appartement n’est pas luxueux mais standard. Les salles de bain, les transats extérieurs, beaucoup d’équipements pourraient être remplacés/rénovés. L’appartement et la terrasse sont très exposés au vent; temps normal en sept.-oct. semble t’il. Souvent il est impossible de profiter de la terrasse. Les nuits sont difficiles à cause du bruit dans les chassis et les volets. Le jardín autour de la piscine (moins exposé) n’offre pas de sièges; ni chaises, ni transats.

Buena estancia pero mejorable

Cosas buenas: muy buena terraza ( si hubiese tenido zona chill out hubiese sido impresionante), piscina y urbanización 10, aire acondicionado 10, colchones bastante bien Cosas a cuidar: sofás bastante incómodos y uno roto, grifo de baño principal roto, el menaje de la cocina necesita un repaso ( solo 5 cucharillas, un solo paño de cocina…), no nos proporcionaron mando del garaje solo una llave magnética y para salir teníamos que abrir desde fuera de la urbanización, detalles que hay que cuidar para que sea un apartamento exclusivo

Luxus Penthouse, war mal vielleicht, vor vielen Jahren !!!

Die Bezeichnung Luxus Penthouse sollte mal überdacht werden. Wir empfanden die Wohnung als sehr Alt und abgewohnt, Das Mobiliar Sessel,Couch,Betten durchgessen/durchgelegen. Kein Internationales Fernsehen,Kaffeemaschiene braucht gefühlt 1 Stunde für den Durchlauf. Küchenuntensilien stark abgenutzt.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung.Die in der Bewertung vom 12.12.2022 vorgeschlagene Reinigung mit einem Staubsauger habe ich vorgenommen. Die Dusche müsste erneuert werden (vermutlich Schimmel und Schmutz an der Duschtasse, Rost an den Armarturen. Die nicht mehr benötigte Halterung der Satellitenanlage könnte entfernt werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal in der Entfernung zum Strand und der Restaurants.

Penthouse-Wohnung mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung

Überdurchschnittlich gute Küchenausstattung. Es fehlte an nichts. Sogar ein Schnellkochtopf war vorhanden. Schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick und aufwendigem Sonnenschutz. 2 Badezimmer findet man auch nicht oft. Diese Wohnung hätte eine 5 Sterne Bewertung verdient, wenn nicht die allgemeine Sauberkeit zu Kritik Anlass gegeben haette. Hier müsste mal eine umfassende Grundreinigung der einzelnen Zimmer erfolgen. Von Vorteil wäre auch die Vorhaltung eines Staubsaugers. Mit den vorhandenen Besen kann der von Aussen immer wieder eintretende Sand (Strandnah) nicht optimal entfernt werden. Zu bemerken bleibt noch, dass während unseres Aufenthalts im November 2022 kein Sat-Empfang möglich war, da die dafür erforderliche Satellitenschüssel fehlte. War natürlich ärgerlich, da just in diesem Zeitraum die FUßBALL-WM übertragen wurde. Aufgrund des fairen Preises, der überdurchschnittlichen Ausstattung und des vorhandenen Tiefgaragenstellplatzes werden wir diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

The apartment was very spacious with everything you could possibly need, I would say it is the best equipped apartment we have stayed in. It was very clean and well presented the balcony was amazing with fantastic views. Ideally situated for a relaxing holiday but close enough to shops and restaurants. We hired bikes for the week which I would recommend as it was a great way to get around, the cycle Lane runs around 15k along the coast. Check in process was excellent I whatsapped when we were in the taxi from the airport and Borgiina was waiting at the entrance to the complex to greet us. Communication with the owner Laura was excellent.. Would not hesitate in recommending this apartment we had a fantastic holiday

Een perfect verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht in een rustige omgeving.

Een uitsteken verblijf waar niets aan ontbreekt. Goede bedden met beddengoed, 2 badkamers (1 met bad en 1 met douchecabine) met badhanddoeken. De keuken is voorzien van alle benodigde apparatuur en keukengerei. Een woonkamer met tv . Het balkon is fantastisch en groot, aan de voorkant kijk je op de zee, aan de zijkant op de golfbaan en in de verte de bergen met besneeuwde bergtoppen en aan de achterkant op het zwembad. Iedere avond genieten van de ondergaande zon wat iedere dag anders is. In de buurt zijn div. restaurantjes en een Spar-supermarkt die van alles verkoopt. Kortom, wij hebben 2 maanden gebruik gemaakt van dit heerlijke verblijf en hebben iedere dag hiervan genoten. Toch hebben we nog een minpuntje, het penthouse is rolstoel toegankelijk maar de toiletten zijn laag zonder handgrepen en de douchecabine is klein en glad.

Valoración del alojamiento.

En general se ajusta a lo anunciado, si bien debería mejorar algunos detalles, como puede ser la reparación de algunos accesorios (grifos, bidet, aire acondicionado por dar mal olor) y sustitución de algunos pequeños electrodomésticos (herbidor de agua y tostador, ambos por oxidación). La ubicación del apartamento es buena, cercana a la playa, con zonas de paseo y de deporte (running o bicicleta) . Las zonas comunes de la urbanización están muy bien, así como el garaje.
