Complex Golf Center Apts. 2 Bedroom apartment for 4 adults. Spacious 2nd floor well furnished apartment with two terraces and spectacular views overlooking golf course. Lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc. Air conditioning in lounge. Ceiling ventilators in both bedrooms. Gas central heating throughout. Refurbished kitchen and bathroom. Large terrace off lounge and balcony off one of the bedrooms with golf course views. Quiet spot just 7 min walk from the beach, local shops, bars and restaurants. Ideal for a relaxing holiday and great for golfers. Complex has two swimming pools and separate children´s pool for small children/babies. No pets allowed.

FABULOUS RELAXING HOLIDAY

After a few difficult years it was a much needed holiday which lived up to all expectations. Apartment was very clean,very comfortable,a well equipped kitchen including hoover,cleaning products and sprays(polish mosquitos etc) . bedding and towels were plentiful. Both balconies equipped with outdoor furniture AND cushions. Jaqueline and Jose were excellent hosts and the welcome pack,inc wine, was much appreciated after our long drive. Definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

Perfect apartment to stay .

Just returned from 7days in this apartment. Wow it was perfect . Fantastic location . Beautiful views from 2 terraces with 2 swimming pools . A relaxing atmosphere. The apartment has everything u need and more . The hosts Jose and Jaquilin are such lovely people so warm and friendly and will go out of their way for u . In fact loved it so much didn’t want to come home . Will definitely be going back to this apartment very soon I hope . X

Überwinterungsversuch

Wohnung ist schön gelegen und geräumig. Toller Blick auf den Golfplatz und die Berge. Parkplatz durch Schranke gesichert. Alles sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vorteil ist, die Wohnung hat eine Gasheizung und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche ist für ältere Menschen leider etwas zu eng. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Piso super amplio y bien ubicado, es bastante fresco, la propietaria muy amable y atenta. Para ir con niños está genial porque tiene dos piscinas con sus respectivos socorristas, la playa está más retirada sobre todo para ir con niños y cargados con cosas de playa. Pero para pasar los días en la piscina con los niños está genial.

So macht der Winter Spaß

Preis - Leistung toll! Gepflegte und saubere Wohnung, superruhige Lage (unsere 6 Wochen nach Weihnachten bis gestern ohne Nachbarn) am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, freundlich und hell, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd, gr. Kühlschrank mit gr. Eisfach. Betten sind prima, Terrasse hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch, wohnt in der Nähe und ist ausgesprochen freundlich und nett und hilfsbereit. Also: absolut empfehlenswert, gerade im Winter, wenn bei uns Sauwetter ist.

La experiencia ha sido excelente. El apartamento es recomendable cien por cien.Esta cuidado con mucho cariño y muy limpio. Los anfitriones Jacqueline y José son un diez, en amabilidad y darte consejos,ademas de estar pendientes de si necesitas algo.La urbanización en la cual está el apartamento es muy tranquila con vistas preciosas al campo de golf. Tiene dos piscinas tipo lago que si se va como en mi caso con niños lo gozan. Tienen socorrista que también es algo importante.La playa está a 10 minutos andando normal y tienes un supermercado también cerca según vas a la playa. No hace falta coger el coche. En resumen apartamento ideal para descansar y desconectar.

Estuvimos una semana alojados. El apartamento precioso, muy amplio y superlimpio, con una terraza muy agradable para veladas de noche. La dueña encantadora. La urbanización muy bonita con dos piscinas increíbles. La ubicación cerca de la playa, 10 minutos andando , pero para ir a la playa cogíamos el coche por evitar el calor, pero al tener aparcamiento en la urbanización y amplios aparcamientos en la playa era muy cómodo. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Roquetas. Gracias Jacqueline

Unas cuantas cosas a mejorar...

El apartamento estaba bien, limpio, salvo los cubiertos y vasos, que no estaban nada limpios. Tiene dos terracitas pequeñas, pero apenas se puede salir por el día si hace mucho calor (creo que es habitual en Almería), ya que no hay ningún toldo para protegerse del sol. Otro de los problemas es que el aire acondicionado tan sólo alcanza la cocina-sala, y no llega a los dos cuartos, con lo que se pasa demasiado calor por la noche. Se oye todo, absolutamente todo, del apartamento contiguo. El agua salía sucia por momentos, con lo que salía la ropa sucia de la lavadora. El entorno de la piscina es agradable, el problema es que todos los días se acumulaba suciedad en algunas zonas y tenías que estar diciéndolo a los socorristas, que preferían estar con el móvil a vigilar o recoger la suciedad. Fuimos un día a las 10 de la mañana, hora de la apertura, y decidimos irnos sin bañarnos de lo sucia que estaba. Eso no puede ser.
