The place is in a great location. Not too far from the train station and in middle of town. It fit the four of us easily and it was a plus to have two bathrooms!

Great place to stay in Florence. Close to all of the shopping and sites but just off the main street to get you away from the crowds at night. Place was easy to find and access by the host was easy and straight forward.

The location of this apartment was excellent. We were in the heart of the city. We were within a 10 minute walk to many major tourist attractions, wonderful restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent and they were always very helpful. We were comfortable in the spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. As we mentioned to the host, we were there for 7 nights and felt the cleaning supplies were only sufficient for a 1 or 2 night stay. For future travellers we would recommend more dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and definitely there was a need for an all purpose cleaner. Otherwise an awesome spot for our time in Florence.

The upstairs bed is really only suitable for one person. It is too narrow for a couple. We were three adults and two children and the apartment felt cramped. With the sofa bed made up there really was no place to relax. The only seats were the hard kitchen chairs. The WIFI was very weak and repeatedly lost connection. The air conditioned worked well once we cleaned the filters. The location was excellent. I could recommend this place for a 2 - 3 people max.

This was a horrible place to stay, and should be removed from VRBO. Our first problem was the A/C was very weak. There were fans provided, but only one worked. We requested a replacement and were told they would bring one, but never received it. The main bathroom sink drain was broke. The shower selector knob was broken in the lower shower. We never got more than a slightly warm water. The upstairs bathroom stopped flushing. The beds were hard, and the pillows were as thin as tissue. The stove turned on but would not heat up. There were virtually no necessities provided, such as paper towels, extra trash bags, etc. I think there were two restaurant style paper salt and pepper packets provided. Although the description was “technically” accurate, the reality of the apartment was horrible. I would not stay here again and would definitely not recommend.

While individual amenities may vary between properties, we recognize the importance of providing guests with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. We regret that we were unable to provide the stay you expected and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback will be taken seriously as we work to address the shortcomings you experienced.

Ideal location and great communication with the host. The apartment has a drip coffee machine which we love. It has a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine/dryer. Rare finds in Italy. The pizza place on the same block has the nicest staff. Grocery market 50 feet from the door had what we needed for a pleasant stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this vacation rental. You couldn't really ask for a better location. Restaurants and grocery store right outside the building, and almost all the sites were within about a 10 minute walk (many even closer). We were very comfortable in our accommodation. The beds were a bit firm, which some people like, but some people don't. The kitchen is small, but very usable. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Florence.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence. The location simply could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, and countless restaurants, shops, and historic sites. It was the perfect home base for exploring everything Florence has to offer. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The layout was ideal, providing plenty of space to relax after long days of sightseeing. We especially appreciated how quiet and comfortable it was despite being in such a central location.Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was excellent throughout our stay. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, making the entire experience stress-free from arrival to departure. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence. If we return to the city, we would happily stay here again. Five stars!

Location is fantastic! The space was very nice, plenty of room! but the internet was very spotty (one of our party was trying to work remotely and that was extremely difficult). The upstairs mattress is not great.

Great location

Can't beat the location of this apartment if you want to be in the center of Florence. The place was clean and checkin was easy. The beds are not the most comfortable but will do for most. Seems well appointed though we didn't use the kitchen at all, why would you with the abundance of amazing restaurants nearby?

Great Location, clean apartment

If you want the feel of a non-touristy place with the cutest Italian charm then this is your place. The location near the Duomo was perfect. Having two bathrooms was wonderful and the cleanliness was spot on! The host went above and beyond to be the most accommodating. We loved every minute
