Greci Terrace is a very large apartment of 150 square meters, located in the heart of the city exactly halfway between Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce. The property is on the third floor of a historic building, and consists of four bedrooms, a large bright living room, a kitchen and two complete bathrooms (one with whirlpool tub). The apartment also has a nice terrace. It is a very luxury apartment, perfect for hosting very large families or large groups of friends thanks to its large spaces. Greci Terrace is equipped with internet access with Wi-Fi and independent heating.

City tax is 6 euros per day per person (excluding children under 12) up to a maximum of 7 days.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Florence! Plenty of space for our family of six…kitchen was well stocked and the rooftop terrace was great for breakfast in the morning. Be aware…this apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator.

Very clean, AC worked great, beautiful roof top seating. It is on the top floor so there are alot of stairs to climb to get to apartment but it was not a problem for us.

Nice apartment in the center of the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to the sights of Florence but still fairly quiet. One thing that would make it better is to have 2 sets of keys since the apartment can accommodate so many people.

This place was awesome! Everything was clean and well kept and the rooftop patio was amazing. We had a really nice time playing cards in the evening and then I spent a couple hours getting some work done in the peace and quiet of the rooftop. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our family, giving everyone plenty of room to relax after long days of sightseeing. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was a huge plus during the hot June weather, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do, and the apartment itself was clean, charming, and well maintained.The only minor negatives were that the comforters were very thin and felt more like paper than traditional bedding, and the locks on the doors took a little getting used to. Neither issue significantly affected our stay, though.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. It’s a lovely apartment and a great choice for anyone visiting Florence.

This place was a perfect fit or our group of 8 (two families with 2 preteen kids each) while traveling through Italy. It is a large, modern place with a great rooftop deck and centrally located. Though it is 3 stories up, it is worth trekking up all the stairs to enjoy this spacious and well appointed apartment.

The location was excellent. Beautiful layout. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion/ complaint was that the luxury fit many aspects of the apartment, but there were no paper towels or detergent for the washer. Also we were surprised that the beds had no blankets or comforter. Just sheets. With luxury in the title, that surprised us somewhat. Still a great value.

Beds were just right firmness & very comfortable. Amenities were good. Wonderful outdoor terrace & lots of bedrooms to sleep our large adult family. Temperature was easily controlled in each room & windows that open were great for airflow. There were quite a few steps with about 4 landings to help make walking up the steps easier to manage. GREAT, Central location made it a super convenient apartment to rent. Navigating Florence's streets is not easy, but most attractions were about a 10-15 minute walk away. Highly recommend, if you're traveling to Florence & need 4-5 bedrooms!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news...if you have booked this apartment CANCEL NOW. We arrived at 1:00 pm to a leak over the interior bedroom arch. Called Host he sent someone to wipe it down. It has been happening for a while because there were yellow stains on wall. Lots and lots of mosquitos in apartment. I reached out to Host again he sent plug ins. There are dead mosquitos all over the walls so it's a common occurrence. We were not supplied any blankets just sheets when I mentioned it to host he said that's common in Italy this time of year. Nope don't buy it just came from a flat in Rome had blankets and no mosquitos or leaks. Also found mold on bathroom ceiling. He said he would send someone...that put me over the edge and we checked out. You can't just fix a mold problem. It's in the walls. Lastly, moving smalls bugs in my son's bed. Yes live bugs. So we stayed the one night and left. Still fighting with host for a refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT this rental. He is refusing to do the right thing and I won't stop. I don't mind paying for nice things but I expect to get what I paid for!!!!

When you reported the leak, we arranged for someone to visit promptly to address the issue, and when you mentioned the mosquitoes, we immediately provided mosquito repellents. We also offered to send someone to inspect and address the bathroom concern, but you chose to check out before we had the opportunity to resolve it. Regarding the bedding, our apartment is equipped according to the seasonal standards typically used in the area, although we understand that individual preferences may vary. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. Following your departure, the apartment was thoroughly inspected, and the concerns you raised were addressed. We are committed to providing a comfortable stay for all our guests and appreciate feedback that helps us improve. We regret that we were unable to change your experience and wish you all the best in your future travels.
