Private home with accommodations for five located one mile from the beach. This two bedroom, one bathroom home is nestled at the back of the property. It is quiet and private, but close to everything you would need during your stay. The private bedroom offers a queen size bed, dresser, closet, and sliding door access to the yard. The converted garage is equipped with a queen size bed and smart TV. The living room couch quickly pulls out to a queen size bed to allow the house to accommodate five guests. This furnished home has a well equipped kitchen, wireless internet, and a smart TV. The fully fenced private yard is a great place to have an evening BBQ or roast some marshmallows over the fire after a fun day of exploring what San Diego has to offer. We hope to have included all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay at this cute little place in Encinitas! We had two couples and the space was perfect for the 4 of us. We really loved the back yard, it was wonderful to sit outside for our meals. We will definitely check this place out again the next time we visit!

Last minute trip to Universal Studios

We enjoyed our stay! Property was clean, my daughter enjoyed the hammock and cute lights out back. Location was convenient to the restaurants nearby like the Fish Shop and Honey's Bistro which we enjoyed & Moonlight beach was great! Courtney was easy to communicate with, we look forward to staying here again...

Encinitas cottage

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Courtney’s VRBO while visiting family in Carlsbad. Our doggie was happy to have a little yard to play in as well. Hope to return some day. Thanks again.

The house was perfect for our family.

Location great, close to beach, freeway, restaurants, and the park for kids and dogs. The house is well appointed with everything you'll need. It has a private spacious back yard and patio. . Parking for two cars, Super fast internet which was great! Courtney and Jamie were very nice and helpful. We will come again next time we are in town.

If all VRBOs were like this one, I'd sell my house

We had the perfect stay - not only was the place clean, relaxing, quiet, well stocked, and in a fantastic location close to the beach, stores, etc. To top it off, Courtney was so responsive!! I don't think I ever waited for more than a few minutes for any question I posed, both before and during the stay. She was the consummate professional and just made our stay everything we expected. If all my rental experiences were this enjoyable, I'd just sell my house and rent. A 5 star +++!

Great Property at a Good Cost

Everything was seamless. Courtney was responsive to a few questions. Property was extremely clean. Kitchen is a lil small and tight quarters but overall property is perfect. No frills but extremely functional.

Loved staying here. Convenient to the beach. Clean. Lots is space even though it’s small. Beds comfortable. Kitchen stocked. Nice enclosed outdoor area for the kids to play. Beach toys, chairs and boogie board were a great surprise and addition. Thanks for a great stay

Great place to stay. Would recommend. It is just barely on the opposite side of the freeway than the beach. Almost exactly 1 mile straight up from leucadia (beacons) beach. Nice to have laundry abilities for a beach vacay.

Everything about this rental went really well from the first contact to the last contact. The beds were comfortable everything was clean the kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom had everything it needed. And the owners were very responsive when we had a question or needed some thing. I would stay here again without question.

Tight space but that space is set up efficiently and covered our needs. Highlight was the private backyard with the hammock, bbq and firepit for smore-making! Nice fenced in area for our dog.

Great for pets

I loved the fenced yard and its privacy. Lovely yard lights and nice combination of grass and cement patio. The little kitchen worked very well and the host kindly got wonderful bed padding that made sleeping so comfortable. Only note to be aware of: weekdays there is some sort of grinding/buzz saw business next door which is quite loud. But if you are off to the beach you won't be bothered.

Stayed for a recent family get away. Had our dog and the backyard is perfect for a small pet. Quiet neighborhood. Not super close to the water. If planning to walk, it would be a hike. Sleeps 6, but living space is small for that many adults. Overall, perfect for what we needed.
