The Coach House, part of a converted building, sits on the outskirts of Wroxall on the Isle of Wight. It provides four bedrooms comprising of a four poster double with an en-suite, a standard double, a twin and a single room, along with this there is a family bathroom, the property can sleep up to seven people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside you will see plenty of off road parking, a courtyard with furniture and a surrounding woodland. The Coach House is a characterful cottage in an excellent Isle of Wight location.Note: This property can be booked with The Gate House 960236 and The Retreat 960237 to accommodate 11 people

Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with freeview, WiFi. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Ample off road parking. Shared access to 13 acres of lawn and surrounding woodlands. Lockable storage room suitable for bicycle storage that contains garden chairs and a charcoal BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: 6 steps down from dining area to kitchen. Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.


Town: This village is just two miles from the coast on the Isle of Wight, it has a gastropub as well as a shop. Appuldurcombe House, a baroque building and historical landmark is worth a look. Nearby is Ventnor with a range of amenities, botanical gardens and a beach. The whole of the island is accessible by car and you can visit the Isle of Wight AONB and the Hamstead Heritage Coast.
