Our stay was perfectly pleasant but the parking was far from the unit and the ski school and daycare was on a different part of the mountain which made the location inconvenient for having little kids with us.
The apt is nice and cozy. good choice if you are looking for ski-in/ski-out place to stay at Okemo.

Hallway temp was WAY too hot as was temp in condo with no way to adjust thermostat.Directions to parking lot unclear and could not find back up lock box. Fortunately someone from VaCasa was able to assist with access. Was at property for a Hill Climb event outside of ski season so cannot rate how good the skiing was but unable to continue survey without choosing a star, hence one star.

Please know that our local team is aware of this concern and has already relayed it to the owner for further action. We also apologize for the unclear directions to the parking lot and the difficulty locating the backup lockbox. We are glad our team was able to assist you with access and help make your stay a bit easier. We appreciate your honesty regarding the survey rating and understand your situation with the Hill Climb event outside of ski season. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
The condo was very clean, great location and great price. Vacasa was quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Value and location.
We enjoyed our week here and would rent again if the opportunity arises. The value for the money is very good. And the condo was clean and well stocked for anyone’s needs.

Great Location
The apartment has the best location for Okemo. It’s right above the ski school & at the base of the A & B quad lifts. It has everything you need.
Good location at the Clock Tower base with quick access to the A/B quad lifts. Comfortable Condo unit but does need a little attention to the unit. Would return when visiting Okemo.
Stay June 12-14. Off season, many restaurants closed.
Have to be a skier.

The condo is perfectly fine for a ski weekend. Location is great - just next to one of the main lifts. The trek up 3.5 flights of stairs could be cumbersome to some. Technically it can sleep up to 6 people, but probably is more comfortable for family with children, otherwise might feel a bit crowded
First time staying ski-on/ski-off, and now spoiled. Room was a little dated but very clean, and all equipment worked. Called to replace a missing coffee pot, and TWO were delivered in a matter of hours. Very happy with this stay!

Location perfect for easy Skiing
Unit is comfortable, clean and very accessible to the Clock tower base of Okemo mtn for skiing. That's why you choose this unit. It definitely can use some updates and general maintenance. Items homeowner could address:Shower drainage issues, several lightbulbs need changing, add some cutlery (There should be enough spoons to cover the amount of people the unit can accomodate), Update lockbox and the door lock on ski closet.
I’ll start with the good things. The location is unbeatable, as it is right at the base of the mountain. There were a lot of stairs to climb, but that was fully disclosed in the listing. The beds were comfortable. The communications and help provided during the stay were also great. There are a lot of hooks, which I always look for in a rental, and they left plenty of clean towels. What we did not like is that the rental is extremely dated, not just in decor but in functionality. The fireplace does not work, nor does one of the lamps in the bedroom, nor does the overhead oven light. We cooked one breakfast and there was a bad smell from the ancient stove. There was no WiFi. The bathroom sink is very old and has little water pressure. My teenagers didn’t know how to work it because they had never seen anything like it. The lock on the unit door is old and did not work until my daughter unscrewed the lock, readjusted, and screwed it in again. There were two (!) coffee mugs if you don’t count the glass mugs that people may have been fashionable many decades ago. There were three remotes for the TV and no instructions on how to use them. I’ll pay more for ski on/ski off access and am not concerned with dated decor, but this place was too much. It reminded me of my 1980s childhood, but not in a good way. If you are charging that much, you need to maintain the unit. I will not stay there again.

The location for ski in ski out was great. However the unit is in need of a refresh -paint, lightbulbs and coffee cups and silverware. It could use a deep clean. And directions on how to use the three remotes would be helpful. The toaster oven smoked and set off the fire alarm - which works!! Lastly The tub did not drain and it would be nice if the deck got cleaned off. But skiing was amazing!
We had a great stay on the mountain, loved being so close to Quad A/B and the ability to use the Spring House pool/ hot tub was an unexpected bonus. Had a snafu with check in as there was no parking pass and we had to contact Vacasa to receive one. It did not come until the next afternoon which was a little stressful but luckily we didn’t have any issues as we were there on a weekday and it was quiet. Make sure to contact Vacasa before you arrive if you need any additional overflow parking passes, we requested one while there and never received. Also, no sheets for the pullout couch! Just right for the price and we would rent again.

Absolute garbage
This place smelled like cat urine and working with Vacasa was terrible. The directions to access the unit were wrong. The unit is ancient and decaying. Absolutely minimal supplies provided (bathroom amenities, kitchen stuff). Access was fine - as advertised - 3rd floor walk up. Parking isn't convenient but it works. The biggest problem was dealing with Vacasa sucks as they aren't the owner and can't really help. I would never stay here or probably any unit at Okemo Mountain Lodge again. (And to boot, it was very expensive.)
