Great location with sea view and very close to casino square, with shops, supermarket, cafe’s and fresh fruit stalls 2 minutes walk. Simone is a fabulous host with great communications, instructions and updates. Highly recommended.

Simone was amazing! Super attentive from start to finish. The location is great for walking everywhere, the casino, outdoor markets, restaurants and the train station. The apartment has all the amenities, it would be nice to have a Nespresso or Kurig coffee maker. It has the charm of old Monaco and nice views.

What a gem of an apartment - the best of both worlds!
This apartment has it all! It is a gorgeous place in the Beausoleli neighborhood, on the French side but less than a ten-minute walk to the center of Monaco. It is quaint, has gorgeous views of the water and the surrounding area, has a fantastic balcony, is quiet and in the cutest of areas, elegant but not pretentious, and is very affordable. On top of that; our landlord Simone could not have been more helpful or responsive with everything we needed, including with restaurant recommendations and connecting us with the best driver. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. My son went for the Formula One Grand Prix in Monaco and had the most spectacular weekend that we will never forget.

It was just the two of us, me and my kid, but we wanted a little more room than a hotel could provide and I like the convenience of having a kitchen. Because Monaco is so small, I also wanted to be able to walk everywhere so i needed something central.This apartment was perfect. Both bedrooms are nice sized, plenty of storage and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and designed really well. You have a gorgeous water view from the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself or just to have some snacks, coffee and tea around. There is an organic market, a regular market and an outdoor vegetable market just 3 minutes away. Like I was hoping, any place in Monaco is no more than a 20 minute walk because you are literally on the border, but central (except Monaco city but there are lots of buses).The host is really nice and she is very responsive. She even offered to help with things to do or restaurants to go to. If you are like me and want a little more room, but be within walking distance of everything, then you don't need to look any further. Highly recommend.

Overall Simone did an outstanding job as property manager. Instant communication, check-in instructions, house rules, etc.
The location is great. Several "farmers' markets and supermarkets within minutes. 5 to 10 minutes walk to Place du Casino, etc.

Simone's apartment suited our purposes perfectly whilst we worked at the Monte Carlo rally. It is 5 mins walk to Casino, and 20 mins walk to the Hercules Harbour. A fabulous walk to work! The location is near to parking (make sure you don't have an SUV like us!) and shops for morning coffee and pastries. Indeed there is a lovely organic supermarket within a 3 min walk. The only let down was having to get the keys from a letter box. My hands did not fit. A key safe would have been better. Otherwise everything was great and Simone was an excellently attentive host.
