Nice villa with pool and lots of privacy

Very cozy villa, decorated in light tones and in an exclusive gated and secure urbanization within Nueva Andalucia. Built on 3 levels, it has two bedrooms on the first floor and the third in the play area. The upstairs bedrooms each have their own bathroom and on the ground floor there is also a guest toilet. The house is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, TV, satellite, Internet. Fireplace in the living room. Air conditioning. Pool and private garden. East orientation but the pool has sun practically all day.
