Sue & Poppy the Dog were most welcoming. Tea, coffee, milk & sugar were waiting for us. Very clean & tidy accommodation. Hot tub was most relaxing . Very quiet and tranquil spot. Definitely going back next year.

Our stay at Larch cottage was perfect from start to finish. Sue was there to welcome us on our arrival and show us around. The cottage had everything we needed for a home from home stay, very dog friendly property with enclosed private garden area but also Sue very kindly gave us permission to use her garden which is larger, enclosed and very dog safe. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking the dogs and exploring. The location is a perfect base to explore the area, there is lots to see and do nearby. We loved it so much that we've booked another stay for my birthday later this month. Would definitely recommend.

The cottage is a wonderful place to stay. Perfect for two people and the hot tub is ideal after a day exploring. Sue was really friendly and helpful and Poppy was so welcoming. There is parking in front of the cottage and everything you need for a lovely break. We would happily return again, fantastic.

Anniversary stay with dogs

Stayed a couple of nights as a base to go to the coast with our 2 dachshunds, location was very quiet and perfect for relaxing, property was secure for our pets, a couple of miles in either direction was a village with pubs, shops etc. Coast was only 20 mins drive. Overall a very pleasant stay...

On arrival, Sue greeted us, showed us around, fresh milk in fridge, tea, coffee, sugar. The best information folder I have seen, nothing left out. The cottage was lovely, amazing hot tub, use of our own patio, secured for our dogs use of part of her beautiful garden. Situation was amazing to explore our favourite North Yorkshire, Scarborough to Whitby, Sands End, the moors. Cannot rate highly enough. Fab stay!

Cosy cottage

Warm friendly welcome from Sue. Cosy cottage with the benefit of a relaxing hot tub. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Great location with lots to do within a short driving distance. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Place!

Lovely property fully equipped and nicely decorated. Hot tub is great, and the roof above means it can be used even in bad weather. Our dog Bessie loved using the large garden area, and the host Sue was great. Well recommended!

Easy to get to. Quite close to Scarborough and Filey. A lovely place to stay, and was lovely to take my dog too. Sue was a lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble.

Larch Cottage

Sue was a great host. Welcoming basket with biscuits and wine. Accomadation was very clean and homely. Hot tub was very nice also. Location was Great. Local pub serves great food. Plenty of places welcome dogs also. Definitely return again.
