Good location. Central however parking can be an issue sometimes. Also there is no wifi available. Other than that good price for the stay.

Value for money

The staying was alright and it was cheaper then everywhere else. I wont recommend for families with people in need as its very hard to find car parking and the building has no lift. Pros:location and price ConsThe fridge could cool better and the aircon system is tricky

Brilliant Host and lovely apartment for the price, Nadine was very informative and quick to respond to ensure an enjoyable stay. The apartment itself is not located where it shows on the map, it was a little further but only by a few minutes. Not recommended for anyone with physical disabilities as it is a walk up a hill and then 3 flights or stairs. However, the apartment was great, spacious and had everything you needed. We had no issues, the host was a gem and helped when needed. Thank you Nadine.

The apartment is located in a residential area of Torremolinos. Not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as no lift and apartment is on 3rd floor. But was fine for us. There is a very handy supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The walk to the centre of Torremolinos is only 10 - 15 minutes down the hill. Apartment could do with some money being spent on it. The air conditioning unit is only in the living room with a standing fan and wall mounted fans in both bedrooms. The collection container requires daily emptying. The apartment could use the addition of WiFi (which is really standard in most locations at this stage). I would also suggest the addition of a kettle. Having a duplicate copy of apartment keys or at least the building key would be very beneficial for guests. I know that the listing has been reduced to a 2 bedroom for 4 due to the state of the couch but to be honest, it and the chair need to be replaced as they are on an appalling state. We were also not informed before we arrived that the apartment 2D (below us) was being overhauled and that there would be construction taking place Monday - Friday from 845am to 6pm.

Critica constructiva

Puntos positivos: zona popular con bastantes negocios, supermercados ,bancos, centros médicos cercanos y alrededores, aparcamiento fácil, playa a 25 Minutos a pie. No habían sabanas suficientes.

Cordialement. Nadine

9 out of 10 good house for family with children

I went there with my family for one night and we found the house tidy, comfortable and well equipped. Two bedrooms plus a living room already equipped with a sofa bed. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain. The location of the apartment is good but not very close to the beach - 15~20 min walk. Few steps--well more than a hundred :)-- you have amazing restaurants, shopping and all the festivities. We were able to walk everywhere. The furniture isn't new and the area is a bit noisy and car parking, although free, yet the area is crowded and sometimes it's hard to park. All in all, we enjoyed our 7 days stay and would love to do it again.
