Large balcony-terrace. Fully equipped including a rapido sofa for sleeping.
Close to all amenities (shops, bus, tram) and behind the Promenade des Anglais.
City center 15 mins walk. Ideally placed for the beach and city tour.
Secure building (digital code and elevators with code)
Private and numbered underground parking.
Excellent condition.
Sheets and household linen provided if you arrive by plane.

RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

(tenants must vacate the premises before Saturday noon as the following tenants arrive in the afternoon)
