Amazing family holiday

Antonio was a fabulous host, the location of the apartment was incredible with amazing views and 2 lovely beaches a stones throw away. The area has many more beautiful beaches to explore and lots of adventures for children. We would recommend a trip to Mojácar. A great time to holiday in this seemingly up and coming destination.

Spectacular Views!!

Had a lovely holiday. Francisco was very helpful and communicative if we needed anything.The apartment was clean with AMAZING views with lots of places on the doorstep.

Excellent holiday apartment

Spacious apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace. Fabulous location with 2 very good supermarkets within walking distance. Several chiringuitos and restaurants also within walking distance. Would definitively like to return.

Winter retreat

Ýou couldn't be any closer to the sea than this location. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing this is the spot. The beaches are right in your front yard providing great sunrises and sunsets and the consent sounds of the waves. Grocery stores are a short walk away and an array of restaurants are close as well. The only down fall is the lack of public transportation. If you don't have a car you are not going anywhere. We had such a relaxing time. It was wondeful.

Overall this is a GREAT place to stay.If a relaxing beach holiday is what you want then 100% stay here. We are English, so based on our viewpoints here are good and bad points.GOOD: location - best apartment in block and just a few steps out of block and you are on your almost private patch of beach, esp during the week. A short walk to a local supermarket and a few cheap and well supplied kiosks(beer, coffee, food- all great). The balcony has great views of sea and mountains, where you can watch sun set each night.You can walk to the other little bays if you want and the kiosks/bars on the main beach & promenade serve good food as well.Apartment has most you need, was clean and well presented.Host- Antonio was very helpful and just a text/phone away if you need anythingNOT so Good: this is more a personal issue - the Beds are really firm and we didnt sleep well, and had bad backs, and necks each day.The main bedroom headboard is worn and dirty.(needs to be taken away)It only has AC in living room, and not in the bedrooms, and the main bedroom was always too hot even with the ceiling fan on all night. It really needs an AC unit in main bedroom.If you like fresh coffee, bring your own cafeteria as coffee machines don't work properly.a few other small bits such as bigger parasol.The main question we look for in reviews is WOULD I STAY AGAIN?The answer for us is YES we would stay here again, as overall it has great location and most things you need.THANKS

Schöne Wohnung, Bilder entsprchen dem Zustand. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter. Leider ist die Warmwassersituation nicht so gut. Das warme Wasser im Boiler reicht im Winter nicht wirklich zum Duschen und Haare waschen. Im Sommer sit es wahrscheinlich genug. Und auch die Fenster sind zugig. Wie gesagt die Wohnung ist schön liegt ideal und hat einen fast 360 Rundumblick. Aber im Winter gibt es Einschränkungen durch Zugigkeit, Wärme und Warmwasser. Trotzdem habe ich meinen Aufenthalt genossen.

Parfait

Je connais San Juan depuis plusieurs années. J'ai eu l'opportunité de pouvoir loué cet appartement durant tout le mois de juin. Si vous voulez être en plein centre avec tout à proximité, et directement à la plage, n'hésitez pas.

Erholsamer Urlaub Januar/ Februar 2025

Das Apartment erfüllt alle Vorrausetzungen für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage und der freie Blick auf das Meer sind nicht zu toppen. Fahrstuhl im Haus und eine eigene Sonnenterrasse sind das Sahnehäubchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Apartment bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch wenn die Inneneinrichtung nicht mehr ganz den heutigen Maßstäben gerecht wird...ist sie für einen Urlaub dennoch ausreichend und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub so braucht. Auch das Preis/ - Leistungsverhältnis hat überzeugt.Wir jedenfalls würden es wieder buchen.

Traumhaft zum Entspannen

Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war erstklassik. Wenn etwas gewesen wäre, wären sie immer da. War nicht notwendig. Es ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. In der Wohnung war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar für den Strand sind 2 Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm da. Ich konnte abschalten und endlich mal wieder, nach langer Zeit, durchschlafen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal! Danke

Très agréable séjour

Appartement calme, confortable , très bien équipé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la montagne, quel bonheur de prendre ses repas sur la loggia bien protégée du vent. A 25 mètres d’une jolie petite plage de sable, sans oublier les piscines bien entretenues.

Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, no conocíamos esa zona y la verdad es que nos ha gustado mucho. El apartamento estaba genial, con unas vistas estupendas y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de playa muy buenos. La verdad es que no nos importaría repetir otro año. Un saludo.

Brilliant location for a holiday.

The property is in a great location and even though the furnishings and fittings are somewhat dated it was clean and comfortable with most things necessary for a longer stay. (4 weeks). Having the sound of the sea with glorious views is essential for us and this property provides it all. Close to chiriguitos, beaches, restaurant bars and shops, and it is not a high rise holiday resort. Antonio met us on time, gave a tour of the property and explained the surrounding area. Great place to stay.
