Set among the vast evergreen wilderness of the Sierra Nevada mountains, this home's location affords unmatched access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, skiing, and boundless other outdoor activities. Plus, it's 26 miles west of Yosemite National Park, so lace up those hiking boots and hit the trails! In the winter, you can head to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort (54 miles) or Black Oak Casino (27 miles).

Full of mountain home charm with wood panel ceilings, forest-themed decor, a sunny deck with an awning and panoramic pine tree views (and a distant view of the Sierras), plus a nice wood-burning stove, this lovely abode is cozy and comfortable. Modern conveniences include a washer/dryer, modern appliances, a cable TV, and WiFi.

Whip up homemade meals in the ample kitchen with its stove, oven, microwave, and other appliances, plus cookware and generous counter space. Eat together at the breakfast bar or at the six-seat dining table. If the weather calls for it, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the deck.

With the home's inclusion in the Pine Mountain Lake community, you're never far from outdoor activities. Head over to the Pine Mountain Lake marina to rent kayaks or fishing rods, tour the area trails on horseback, or practice your golf swings on the course or your groundstrokes on the tennis courts. You'll find plenty to do within walking distance of this home. Fun day trips abound and range from visiting frontier museums, boutique shops, and eclectic eateries in Groveland's quaint downtown area (two miles southwest), to hiking on endless trails leading to breathtaking views in Yosemite National Park.

This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
