The main house features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, while the lower level includes a garage and a separate access efficiency unit with 1 bathroom, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Guests can enjoy the peaceful sundeck and dock for a truly relaxing vacation getaway. It's important for all guests to remember to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products. The Native Sun cottage is decorated and furnished according to the owner's preferences, providing a cozy and personalized atmosphere. Essential amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforter are provided for convenience. Additionally, reservation fees, partial stay fees, tax, and insurance apply to ensure a smooth booking process.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

Review for our stay at Native Sun

This was the first house we rented in Hatteras. We usually stay at hotels. For now on we'll rent a house for our vacations. Houses are so much better for vacations. Loved the location at Native Sun. Being on a little private island made you have lots of privacy unlike a stay at a hotel. Location also definitely helped out with our 5am arrival for our offshore fishing trip. The boating dock was only 5 minutes away!!! We took advantage of the well stocked kitchen, dock, grill, & washer and dryer. That was sweet! My husband fished from the dock and caught a few fish. It was also a great place to cast a net and catch some finger mullet for bait to take surf fishing. Only downfall I saw was it had no bathroom rugs. We had to purchase some. Everything else was perfect. We'll be back! Thanks for allowing us to spend time at the Native Sun.

Great Family Time

Enjoyed our stay at Native Sun. One of the best stocked kitchens for any rental house we’ve stayed at. Location was perfect and we all enjoyed sitting on the dock and fishing and crabbing.
