This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay. We loved seeing whales and turtles from the deck every morning and evening. Condo has all amenities you would need to dine in or cook - we opted to dine at some great restaurants in Lahaina to help support the community. We will book for our next trip to Maui!
We loved this property. It was conveniently located on the island which made island exploring very easy. It overlooks the water & with the balcony we could enjoy the peace and quiet while watching the whales and turtles pass. The hosts responded quickly to all of our questions and it was nice having a binder at the property giving suggestions about restaurants and places. We highly recommend this property if your travels take you to Maui.
We loved our stay. I enjoyed looking at all the artwork in the condo and of course totally enjoyed the closeup view of the beautiful ocean. We saw so many
The overall stay was awesome. It was 2 slight hiccups but nothing that affected the overall stay I would stay here again and promote others to do the same
We were looking for a quiet, less crowded place—away from the more populated areas yet still conveniently close to shopping—and this was perfect. The marina and local shops were just a short walk away, making it easy to explore. The waterfront was ideal for a bit of snorkeling or a peaceful sunset beach walk from the park just down the road. The owners were incredibly attentive to our travel needs and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Mr and Mrs Haskins. were great at communication and their home made our trip even better. Views were great from the balcony we even saw some turtles on our first day. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here again. :) Overall we are very satisfied and happy.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo!
We saw majestic whales, hope filled sunrises, soft & relaxing sunsets, all from the lanai!!!
On top of all that, the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in!
Great location as well...
Hope to stay again in 2023!
It was a beautiful condo right next to the beach that gave soothing sounds when the waves crashed against the beach wall. The condo itself spewed color with art and made it feel like I was sleeping in an art museum.
Perfect in every way - the location, view, condo, property manager...everything about it is absolutely wonderful. I actually booked a trip back in April before we left the premises.

It was a perfect place to stay with a perfect view
They had an overflow of amenities. Chairs for the beach, towels, boogie board, etc. We had so much fun and were so cozy in the unit. Nothing negative to report. Would definitely stay there again!

Jackpot of a find!
We loved it. Everything was just as we had been told. Also found turtles, and saw whale right outside our condo.
We had a wonderful time in Maui staying at your cozy condo! We enjoyed the artwork. The location is fantastic, right on the water. There was an issue with the main shower not being available. The communication between the on-site person and owners was very good. They kept us updated and it was really appreciated. We recommend this property!
Great location but lack of on site parking at this Condominium is a deal breaker for us returning.
We were not comfortable having to park our rental car, that we’re responsible for, on a public street.

Lack of personal space. Lanai was cluttered with eclectic collection of pants and ornamentals. Closet and sheets had musky odor. In general it was busy with owners personal belongings.

Stunning view, right on the water, full of amazing art
This place was amazing! Full of everything needed. Just had to buy groceries! It’s right on the water and the view is beautiful. It’s full of really interesting art and it made me smile each time I opened the door. The only thing that could possibly oh make this place better is a/c but even without it, this place is a complete gem! Pool was so nice and there is a community bbq area. Not a ton of people using all the amenities which made it a lot nicer than staying at a hotel. There was even coolers, boogie boards, and beach chairs for us to borrow. I really appreciate the owners having us! It was the time of my and my husbands life to be in Maui and I really can’t wait to go back!

Awesome condo, great location.
My wife and I stayed at Linda and Robb's place 1/31/18 - 2/4-18 for our wedding anniversary. 1st off we would like to THANK Robb and Linda for their gracious hospitality as they left a bottle of Champagne (happened to be our favorite brand of Champagne!) and a very thoughtful card. The Condo is full of great artwork and Robb and Linda certainly make the most out of their space. The view is super awesome and we saw many whales and turtles right from the condo Lanai. We loved the fact there was a speaker system that we could listen to music in the evening time and watch the sunset. In the morning you can watch the sunrise over Haleakala from the Lanai. The condo is within walking distance of the Maaleaa Harbor which is where many whale watching, scuba boats, and evening sunset cruises take off so it's very convenient if you are doing any of those things. Kitchen was great, we cooked breakfast everyday. The provided beach chairs were very nice, new and not falling apart like some chairs you find in rentals. There are some BBQ grills outside right on the property with an amazing view of the Harbor that we would recommend using. The only improvement my wife and I would like to see would be to provide a parking spot in the building's parking lot. We had to park on the street, which wasnt a big deal but did get annoying after a while. Overall we really loved this place and would not only come back but would also recommend to friends, or family. Thank you Robb and Linda for being so kind and sharing your awesome condo! We hope to come back again soon!!!
We were surprised that Vrbo is allowing this property to be rented out. The owner lives there full-time, the unit is cluttered and overpacked with her personal items and food, and the bedroom is locked for her personal use (While the unit is advertised as one bedroom, you are given a bed in the main room like a studio apartment).
There was a lack of transparency on Vrbo site. Only after we arrived, owner revealed that
1) The unit piles dust from the sugar plantation nearby.
2) Tile floors are hard to keep clean so wear slippers.
3) The owner lives there full-time. The owner uses the assigned parking spot, so the guest must park on the street.
4) There is personal food stored in the refrigerator and freezer, and personal items in the closets and desk and other drawers.
5) The slider shade is broken so not to move it.
There were other issues:
- The dust in the unit was so severe that two of us had respiratory and allergic reactions.
- The apartment was cluttered and overpacked with the owner’s personal things, with hardly any room for us to unpack.
- They get their personal mail at the unit even during the guest stay. Owner had one of their friends enter the premises to retrieve their mail while we were there. Since our code was shared with the friend, we felt unsecured during the rest of the stay.
- The unit needed some upkeep for it to be Vrbo rental property. The Slider screen was broken.
- We had to chase them down and call multiple people to get check-in information.
