☀️3 Bedroom Beach cottage on Balboa Island.. 1 block to sand ⛱️

This cottage is close to the beach & family friendly. The location is perfect and the cozy cottage feel is warm and relaxing. It is great for couples or families(with kids of all ages). A beach cottage for sure! 1/2 block to all shops, restaurants & water is 1 block in either direction.
This rental is street level with a wonderful front patio perfect for grilling and relaxing on one of our Adirondack /rocking chairs. Step inside through the Dutch front door and you have a spacious living room. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. This is a 3 bedroom and 1 very large bath with a large shower and double sinks. It has a galley kitchen, breakfast room and living room. Very light and bright, a perfect location to access everything on the island! Our unit sleeps up to 7 people. 3 queens, as well as one queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room . The owners have the upstairs for their family, but it is separate in every way. Balboa Island is the perfect beach vacation! One block either direction to water where paddle boarding is a must! The island is made for walking and biking. A short walk to the ferry takes you right to the sand where you can surf and boogie board. No need to drive at all! Everything is right here just waiting for you.

The house was lovely just as shown in all of the pictures. Lori was very sweet and attentive. We had a very small issue with the garbage disposal, and she addressed it immediately. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a great time.

Great beach cottage for a family vacation. We had other extended family on the island for a family reunion and it was super easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfy, and dinners on the patio were a highlight. We hope to return!

Wonderful Place for a weekend away.

We had a wonderful stay on balboa island. You can’t beat the location! A block away from the Main Street. The outside deck was adorable and the bed were comfortable! Great place to relax and I would highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back one day!

Absolute GEM!!!!

We just returned from a wonderful week down on Balboa Island! Lori went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! The property is very well kept and was spotless upon our arrival. We had our three young children with us and the layout was perfect, lots of games and toys to keep the entertained. Walkable to all our favorite restaurant and beaches! We are already working on finding another week to head back down :) Can’t wait to be sitting on the cute little patio come summer time!
