Overall ok

Booking was easy and checking in was painless since I avoided the sales people trying to get you to buy a vacation. Unit needs work. Floor tiles were popping up. Refrigerator warm and took forever to cool off bottles of water. Slider doors would not lock. Notified front desk who never came to fix. Parking at night terrible and noticed many vehicles without parking passes parking overnight.

Beautiful Grounds, Extreemly poorly maintained rooms

I feel so sorry for the owner. they must pay for cleaning and maintenance. anything that broke took 3 calls and many hours wait to get fixed. some bedding was soiled and had blood on it!!! Only walk on the bedroom carpet in shoes as it far too stained for bare feet. the ground looked lovely though. Beware the timeshare guys, very insulting
