It is equipped with all amenities: a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine), bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, TV in each bedroom, air conditioning, and a small foyer where you can relax (no view).

While the property is listed as a 2 bedroom apartment we feel the living/kitchen area might be a little too small for two couples but since we travelled as a single couple the apartment was perfect for our needs. It had all the amenities you would expect. The apartment was clean and located in a quiet area. It was within a 5 minute walk from the train station and a short walk to see the sights of Monopoli. Maurizio was a wonderful host with timely communication and provided many recommendations for us.

Great apartment in great location

Very well equipped apartment, two large ensuite bedrooms. The host has considered all the things that make your stay easier. Very easy check in process, Valeria is delightful and very helpful. The apartment is close to the theatre and a small park to walk your dog and interact with the locals
