Villa Terlevic is a newly built villa located in Selina. This modern villa for 8 persons with a private pool is ideal for a quiet holiday with your family in Croatia. The ground floor of the house consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining and living area. From the living area there is an exit to the terrace with an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool and garden. One bedroom (single bed) with a private bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The first floor of the house consists of three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a direct exit on the covered balcony with seating furniture and a sea view in the distance. The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Private parking is available in the enclosed courtyard. Villa Terlevic is an ideal destination for families who want to spend their holiday in a quiet environment, not far from the beautiful beaches of the west coast of Istra.
