So many great things about this property. If you’ve ever tried street parking in Chicago, you know how nice it is to have a garage to come back to, especially at night.The grocery store was right across the street.The house was clean and stocked well with shampoo, soap and towels.My very favorite part was the breakfast nook/eating area. I loved having coffee there in the morning.

We had a tremendous stay at this property. Awesome location, very clean and the host was extremely accomodating, with great communication. All the amenities were in place for us to enjoy some downtime at the home. We were able to walk comfortably to Wrigley Field through nearby neighborhoods. Excellent experience all around and we would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything.

Michael’s home met our needs beautifully. The house looks exactly as pictured and was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Another Mom and myself were chaperoning a group of teenage girls, so it was great to have the basement where they could all hang together. The carpet felt brand new in the basement and it was bright. Michael is very responsive and professional and I would work with him again in a heartbeat. The location was also super convenient to everything we were doing. It was great to have the grocery store and Starbucks right across the street and the girls loved that they could get a late night snack at McDonald’s which was also directly across the street.

Perfect place for my friends and I to stay for St. Patrick’s Day weekend; easy access to public transport, great restaurants and coffee in the area, right across from Jewel Osco, and the house was so comfy and clean. Host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend for any Chicago trip!
