The home was in a good location and clean. The management was great and very responsive. Unfortunately, we had an encounter with bed bugs so we had to pack up and leave pretty quickly. It caused a great deal of an imposition and damper on our family vacation. We were immensely disappointed and still dealing with the ramifications of bed bugs.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this caused during your stay. As you know, the issue was isolated to one bedroom and once it was brought to my attention, I took immediate action by arranging professional treatment right away. They also inspected the rest of the entire house and found no issues. This has never happened in the history of owning and renting the house. I take guest comfort and cleanliness very seriously and I regret that your experience did not reflect that standard. My apologies again.

Perfect place for my friends and I to stay for St. Patrick’s Day weekend; easy access to public transport, great restaurants and coffee in the area, right across from Jewel Osco, and the house was so comfy and clean. Host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend for any Chicago trip!

Beautiful property conveniently located next to a Jewel Osco across the street and a Whole Foods down the block. The home is comfy, however, there are quite a bit of steep stairs to get to the basement and second floors. There is not a lot of seating in the living room, but we were still comfortable. I would stay again. The host is responsive and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic house with plenty of space for our group. Clean and well maintained spaces. The rooms were cozy, clean, and the mattresses comfortable. The location was also convenient with plenty to do in walking distance and just a short drive to downtown for other activities.
