This modern day villa features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, crock pot, mixer, coffee pot, keurig, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, wifi, cable TV in both living room and bedrooms, pack n play, and a booster high chair for even the youngest guest. The first floor features a king bed with a bathroom and the second floor features two queens and a bathroom. In addition to these bedrooms, there is a smaller room with a twin bed if needed. Along with everything this great unit has to offer, the beach access and community pool are both within walking distance along with tennis and pickleball courts. Great place

The condo was so conveniently located and very comfortable. Beds comfy, furniture great, nice deck with a dining table and some chairs to relax in. We loved it. I wish the owners would put a handbook of some kind in the house. Maybe pointers about the TV, which beach access we should use, etc. a little confusing with so many options at Litchfield by the sea. Overall just a great weekend. We would stay again.

Whoever does the cleaning is more OCD than I am, which I never thought possible. The quality of the furnishings, kitchen supplies, etc. we’re top-notch. You can tell the property is well cared for. The property management office staff was friendly and helpful and made that whole check-in/out easy and informative, like we had met new friends! The area around the property was active and family friendly, and it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We will definitely return!
