Great spot in a quiet neighborhood

Perfect location for an event at Ringling College. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to downtown.

Exactly what we wanted

Easy and relaxing. Convenient location in a beautiful, peaceful area. It's not perfect, but had everything we needed and was very enjoyable. We would stay there again.

great base to explore from

very clean, nice neighborhood , once cushions are supplied for outdoor furniture (on order?) patio will be great to use

Charming property

We enjoyed our stay at the Alameda House. It is in a convenient location to get to things in Sarasota, yet very private and peaceful. The decor is very charming, there are plenty of towels and linens, and a well-stocked kitchen. It is a short walk to a beach area to see sunsets. Also a short walk to the Museum of Art and Whimsy - fun place to visit! Publix is a short drive as well. There were two couples and we each had a comfortable bedroom and private bath. The outside area was spacious with a dining area and sitting area with a fireplace. The management company was very helpful and responsive. Great experience!
