This characterful property makes a great base for exploring the area with the university city of Bangor just a few miles away. The longest zip wire in the northern hemisphere may be found just 2 miles away and provides an unforgettable experience as you fly at speeds of up to 100mph. For those who prefer to keep their feet on the ground, then a visit to the nearby National Trust property at Penrhyn Castle is a must, with extensive grounds, a railway museum, and a choice of places to have a delicious cream tea, as well as exploring the castle. This holiday property is also ideally placed for exploring the Isle of Anglesey, with 125 miles of sandy beaches and rocky coastline, as well as Llanberis and Snowdon. In the other direction, Llandudno is within easy reach, as is Betws-y-Coed, the Gateway to Snowdonia. Beach 10 miles. Shop and restaurant 2 miles, pub 1 miile.
