Excellent, We booked a 3 week stay at same location for next year.

Enjoy the condo immensely, very clean with brand new amenities, refrigerator, microwave and stove. Great location, stones throw to the best heated pool on the premises.

luckly condo owners gave us plenty of info because we could not get any info on VRBO site.Nothing was showing up on trip info and site kept crashing never had this problem before

Spring Break 2023

We love staying at Oceanwalk!!! This was our first time renting this condo. The unit could use some upgrades but it was perfect for me and my family. We stayed just over two weeks and had a great time. The mattresses need to be upgraded as they are extremely stiff and the master bath shower needs to be retiled (tiles were starting to come off shower wall). Overall we had a good experience staying at the condo.

Florida did not disappoint

The garage door was noisy all hours of night, the beds were hard, the carpets had sticky stains, we found popcorn and other debris on the floor and under the couches and tables..the dishes were dirty in the cupboards.

Great Ocean property managed this building in this gated community and we weren’t notified of the gate code change . There has to be a way to notify renters a few days ahead of time via email.

Relaxing at NSB

Our family enjoyed our vacation this week. Comfortable condo. Good amenities. Had some issues with WI-FI the first few days. Also AC was too warm. Instructed that we couldn't set thermostat lower than 74. Thankfully the outside temp was not too hot. Must go to the New Smyrna Sand Dunes Park!

We apologize that you had some WIFI issues, with New Smyrna Beach being a small island reception at times can get spotty. Happy to hear it was remedied. As for the AC, we request guests keep the temperature at a certain degree due to the high level of humidity at the beach. If the AC is set too low it will cause the units to freeze up and stop working. We always suggest keeping the fans going. We hope you will choose us again when you book in the future.
