Beautiful apartment in a great location.

The apartment is very well equipped and the air conditioning was very welcome as the weather heated so. The pool is lovely and there is plenty of space to sit in the shade as well as in the sun. Mario was extremely helpful and was way to contact. There are some great bike rides in the area and it’s a great location for visiting the surrounding area. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the railway station is only a 15 minute walk from where you can trains to Florence, Arezzo and other local places. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Die in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft benannten Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle sind nicht vorhanden. Dies tut der Unterkunft aber keinen weiteren Abbruch, die Wohnung ist sonst sehr gut ausgestattet und das Grundstück mit Pool einfach traumhaft. Es ist nur ein kurzer Weg in die Stadt, wo es Restaurants und ein schönes Museum gibt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp- alles unkompliziert.

Eigentlich sehr gut, aber leider extrem laut.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene mit zwei Teenagern gut geeignet. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, aber sehr attraktiv. Die Gebäude auf dem Anwesen sind darüber hinaus auch sehr alt und verbreiten einen äußerst attraktiven Charme. Die Stadt ist wirklich zu Fuß in zwei Minuten erreicht und man findet alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Restaurants sind hervorragend und auch die Aussicht in das Umland ist sehenswert. Was uns leider sehr gestört hat, war der Verkehrslärm, verursacht vom direkt unterhalb des Gartens liegenden Kreisels. Es ist der einzige Kritikpunkt, aber leider ein sehr großer. Die Kids fanden es allerdings überhaupt nicht schlimm, Die Vermieter sind supernett und hilfsbereit. Da sie den Verkehrslärm nicht beeinflussen können, wünschen wir viel Erfolg mit diesem Charmanten Domizil. Übrigens ein super Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Rennradtouren. Eine Gehminute entfernt findet man einen sehr professionellen Fahrradhändler und Verleiher. Und gegenüber von dem einen kleinen Supermarkt mit tollem Schinken, Käse und Wurstwaren, etc. Der Eigentümer ist supernett!
