This spectacular house is located in the center of Can Picafort, a few meters from its magnificent sandy beach. The accommodation, completely renovated and decorated with great taste, is very spacious and bright. It also has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation by the sea. As far as the exterior is concerned, the accommodation has a large furnished terrace perfect to enjoy the magnificent weather that the island offers.



Can Picafort is one of the most famous tourist areas of the island. There you can find many restaurants, supermarkets and shops or enjoy family activities. But without doubt, the most spectacular of the area is its large sandy beach. In addition, in the center every Friday the weekly market is celebrated, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables or handicrafts. On the other hand, the area is very well connected by public transport with Platges de Muro or Port d'Alcúdia, other tourist reference areas.

Sehr schickes Haus

Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes renoviertes und modern eingerichtetes Haus im Herzen von Can Picafort. Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war auch sehr gut. Allerdings gibt es zwei Punkte, die nicht soooo toll waren. Das zweite Badezimmer ist nur vom Innenhof erreichbar. Dies kann man leider aus der Beschreibung nicht herauslesen. Die Küche ist schön aber wirklich gut kochen kann man da nicht. Die Messer im Messerblock sind stumpf und es gibt genau ein Schneidbrett und einen Auffüller. Wir würden es trotzdem wieder buchen und einfach öfter essen gehen :-)

Alles PERFEKT!!! Ein Traum!!!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Alles wie erwartet, die Bilder trügen nicht. Die Unterbringung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben jeden Tag unseres Aufenthalts genossen. Es gab rein gar nichts zu beantanden!!! Es war den Preis wert!! Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder. Es war super ruhig dort, obwohl es nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und zum Leben am Strand und im Ort waren. Ein Rundumsorglos Paket!!!!! Vielen lieben Dank für dieses schöne Erlebnis!!!

Ausstattung

Wir selbst sind auch Vermieter im Deutschland einer ferienimmobilie . Uns fehlte Spülmittel , tabs zum waschen und zur Spülmaschine sowie Wasser , Saft und vielleicht ein Sekt oder Wein zur Begrüßung . So machen wir das. Als Anregung . Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt

Lovely, comfortable, well equiped, spacious house

I would recommend this property. The outside courtyard was very relaxing but also functional. The outside shower was perfect for cooling off and washing away the sand from the 2 minute away beach! BBQ a welcome facility! Kitchen was great and fully functional for self catering, I can't think of anything else it would need and we did a lot of cooking! Beds all comfy and house was beautifully furnished.
