Livana "well living house" is located on the hill of Kastraki, overlooking Mikri Vigla beach, the beautiful farms of Naxos main agricultural area and the protected area of the cedar forest of Alyko.

You cane easy get to the fantastic beach around the villa, the closest beach is 800 meter away.

120 sqm of luxurious facilties, swimming pool, outdoor pool and much more, for an unforgettable holiday experience!

Villa Livana have an open plan living area with dining room, dining table sits 10 persons, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen balcony with dinning table sits 8 persons, guest bathroom and bedroom. The balcony off the kitchen has an outside dining table sits 10 persons and garden.

Upper floor: 1 Master bedroom with 1 bathrooms

Lower level: 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms

PERFECT......

The villa and property are amazing! The sunsets, everyday are hypnotic, without having to leave the home to enjoy. Super clean and all amenities worked perfectly. Lots of avid readers in our group, but all were content in enjoying the view and just chilling. Luca went above and beyond, we appreciated all he did for us when called upon. Great location and access to lots of fantastic restaurants, food, service, people., Naxos......PERFECT!
