Welcome to Casa Los Pinos, a modern detached five-bedroom villa with pool which has been carefully designed to cater for everyone, allowing for a relaxing and stress-free holiday for all the family and/or friends.

LIVING AREAS
A short flight of wide steps leading from the drive way to the terrace and front door gives access to the upstairs level of Casa Los Pinos. The downstairs has its own entrance so is separate to the upstairs. The downstairs is accessible on the left side of the property walking passed the pool and outside kitchen.
Both of the living rooms contain two leather sofas, one converts into a sofa bed for additional guests (enquiry about this), large flat screen TV’s, free to view TV boxes, Wii game console (only upstairs), DVD players, coffee tables and a small selection of books and DVD’s (only upstairs). In total, there are three remote-controlled air-conditioning units for heating/cooling covering the living room, dining room and kitchen area and a pellet fireplace.
Leading from the living rooms are corridors to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

KITCHEN + DINING
The two modern kitchens are fully equipped with dishwashers, microwaves, fridge/freezers, gas hobs, electric fan assisted ovens, toasters, kettles, coffee machines, electric extractors, stainless-steel sinks with drainers, frying pans and saucepans, plates and bowls including for the children, plenty of utensils and other complementary items. Each kitchen has a large dining and cooking area.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
An archway from the living rooms leads to a corridor for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs comprises of three bedrooms (Bedroom one and two have king size beds and bedroom three has twin beds). The downstairs comprises of two bedrooms with king size beds.
All bedrooms have built-in bedside cabinets and dressing tables, built-in wardrobes with sliding mirror doors, bedside lights, remote-controlled air-conditioning for heating/cooling, flat screen TV’s with free to view tv boxes and electric window shutters with built in mosquito nets.
The upstairs comprises of two bathrooms (Bathroom one has a walk-in shower, towel rail, vanity unit and toilet. Bathroom two has a toilet and sink). The downstairs bathroom comprises of a walk-in shower, bath tub for two, towel rail, toilet, vanity unit with large sink and tall cupboard.

THE GARDEN + OUTSIDE KITCHEN
The garden consists of electric secure gates and a large gravel drive way suitable for three+ vehicles. The garden is mostly on one level with a couple of steps from the drive way down to the pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
There is a chill-out area with a soothing waterfall, bean bags, loungers and night time lights for the relaxing summer evenings.
The outside kitchen is all undercover with electric blinds ideal for winter or summer usage. The outside kitchen comprises of a handmade solid wood table and chairs for twelve guests, stainless-steel sink with drainer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, built-in gas BBQ, extractor, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, flat screen TV with digit box and Wi-Fi.

SPECIAL FEATURES
For further security and peace of mind, the villa is equipped with smoke detectors, first aid kits, fire extinguishers and fire blankets.

Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are included per person.

Pool Heating, Cots, highchairs, and sofa beds are available but must be arranged prior to arrival.
