Lovely appartment in a quiet and convinient area.

The appartment was very clean and with a small balcony. The owners very seviceminded and helpful. Both train station and centre/ bay in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Short train distance also both to Cinque Terra / Portofino and Pisa. We would happily stay there again. Thank you from Tove and Else

Absolutely wonderful! :)

Great location and the bike made everything super convenient. Emanuela picked us up from the train station, gave us a tour and showed us in. Very comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beach but far enough that it was quiet at night. Highly recommend staying here, and check out the Punta Manara for great hike with panoramic views!

Our stay in Sestri Levante

Had a wonderful 11 nights stay in this apartment. Our hosts went above and beyond, collecting us from the station, showing us around the resort and showing us the apartment. It was well equipped, clean and the location was great, a 5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. We would definitely recommend it! Many thank to Emanuela and Fabio

Emanuela and Fabio were extremely kind. They picked us up from the train station and took us in a quick tour around Sestri Levante. You can use 2 bikes they have outside the condo. Sestri Levante is a great quiet town to stay in between areas like Cinque terre and Portofino. 15-20 mins walk to the train station which is not terrible

Sestri Levante - One week holiday

We spent a lovely week in Sestri Levante, which is lovely with good shops, restaurants & beaches. It’s a prefect location to also visit Comigli, Rapallo, Portofino & the Cinque Terre. Some you can do as a boat trip, some by the excellent Italian train service which runs along the coast.Our hosts, Emanuela & Fabio were lovely, met us at the train station & then kindly gave us a tour around Sestri Levante so we knew what to see & where to go.The apartment itself was lovely, modern & very clean with a nice balcony. They had thought of everything that we could need. The hosts even let us have use of two bicycles during our stay, which was really handy for travelling around Sestri Levante, which also has lots of cycle lanes so as to avoid the traffic. Fabio even called when we asked about a bike pump & inflated the tyres for us.! The apartment is about a ten minute walk from the centre so not far but it was about 3 mins on the bicycles. We found the restaurants on the front were better than in the old town during our stay. There are some lovely bars/restaurants at the Bay of Silence, although quite pricey for drinks but you pay for where you are sat drinking them. The Spiaggia dei Ragazze is a free beach where you can take your own umbrella (we bought one from the supermarket for 14) which we found better than the price of hiring an umbrella & sunbeds. A great beach bar too hereOverall a great place & holiday & hosts.We will definitely visit again & stay at the same place.

Eine sehr süßes, kleines Appartement in sehr guter Lage! Leider schlecht beschrieben, was die Distanz zum Meer betrifft, aber dennoch sehr zentral.Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, aber für besonders große Autos nicht so komfortabel. Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Wie zu Hause

Ich habe drei Wochen in dem kleinen aber feinen Studio verbracht, in denen ich eine Sprachschule in Sestri Levante besucht habe. Und ich hätte nicht besser treffen können. Das Studio ist sehr zentral gelegen. Bis zur Baia del Silenzio brauchte ich 7-8 Minuten. Die Siedlung, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Das Studio befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk und ist mit dem Lift erreichbar. Drin ist alles, was man für ein tägliches Leben braucht: eine gut eingerichtete Küche, ein sehr bequemes Bett, eine Fernsehecke, eine kleine Terarasse und ein grosszügiges Bad. Jede Woche habe ich frische Bettwäsche, Badetücher und Geschirrtücher bekommen. Und das Beste an dieser Wohnung sind ihre Besitzer. Emanuela und Fabio waren immer für meine Anliegen da. Sie haben mich am Bahnhof abgeholt, mir den Ort gezeigt, Emanuela ist mit mir den Weg von der Wohnung in die Schule abgelaufen, damit ich am nächsten Morgen keinen Stress habe. Und als einmal während eines Gewitters die Sicherung ausgefallen ist, waren sie in 20 Minuten bei mir, um das in Ordnung zu bringen. Wir waren zweimal zusammen essen und sie haben mir Ihre wertvolle Zeit gewidmet, um mit mir Italienisch zu üben. Ich würde jeder Zeit diese Wohnung wieder mieten. Wie gesagt, ich habe mich drin wie zu Hause gefühlt. Liebe Emanuela, lieber Fabio, herzlichen Dank für Alles. Menschen wie Euch trifft man gerne im Leben.

Sestri Levante Ausgangspunkt für Cinque Terre und Meer

Ein sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang. Geht alles über WathsApp. Gute Einweisung in die Dachwohnung. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Wir haben TV über den PC geschaut. Optimal für 2 Personen. Zentrale Lage und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Stadtstrand ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt und ein Traum. Ich denke in der Hauptreisezeit ist der Strand überfüllt. Die Tiefgarage ist optimal da man die Umgebung problemlos mit dem Zug erkunden kann. Uns hat Sestri Levante sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wie erwartet war das Appartment sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Fussläufig sind Strand, Restaurants, Bahnhof und Supermärkt schnell zu erreichen. Super war auch die private abgeschlossene Garage. Der Check in war persönlich, herzlich und auf Wünsche wurde individuell eingegangen und bei Anfragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch die Klimaanlage war super. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war ein schmales Doppelbett (ca. 1,40m breit).

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, moderne und stilvoll eingerichtet Ferienwohnung. Zentrale Lage: Supermarkt, Cafe‘s, Bar‘s…, Strand und Meer ca 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir wurden von unseren Vermietern sehr nett begrüßt und sie haben uns in Ruhe alles erklärt. Sestri Levante ist ein schöner Ort und auch guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Sommerurlaub in Sestri Levante

Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Emanuela und Fabio war sehr schön. Der Ort Sestri Levante sowie die Umgebung an der ligurischen Küste von Genua bis La Spezia haben einiges zu bieten, vor allem aber schönes Sommerwetter für den perfekten Badeurlaub sowie einen ganz eigenen italienischen Charme durch die farbenfrohe Architektur und malerischen Dörfer und Städte. Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von den wichtigen kostenlosen Stränden wie z.B den wunderschönen Baia del Silenzio und der Altstadt entfernt, ebenso sind einige Supermärkte wie z.B. ein Coop in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist knapp 12-15 Fußminuten entfernt, wir haben das Auto nicht einmal in sieben Tagen gebraucht. (Bahnfahren in Italien ist viel günstiger als in Deutschland) Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist mindestens genauso schön wie auf den Fotos, vor allem die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausgerüstet. Hervorzuheben ist eine kleine Waschmaschine und eine Geschirrspülmaschine! Auch hervorzuheben ist der inbegriffene Tiefgaragenstellplatz, Parken auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz kann nämlich schnell teuer werden bzw. gibt es gerade am Wochenende auch kaum welche zu finden. Die Gastgeber Emanuela und Fabio waren sehr nett, der Kontakt mit Emanuela lief (trotz leichter Sprachbarriere) unkompliziert ab. Meine Partnerin und ich waren wunschlos glücklich in der Ferienwohnung, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Grazie mille!
