You are a 5 minute walk to pearl st., downtown Boulder, yet you also enjoy the serenity of the best house in a beautiful historic neighborhood. The private patio is a great place to start, and a bike ride, walk to anywhere downtown is 5 min away. At the end of the night enjoy a nice walk through downtown and the historic surrounding streets on your way back to this amazing inside and out property. You have all the benefits of a house built in the 1900's and historically remodeled with modern upgrades in 2016. This smarthome has all the bells and whistles; Professional chefs kitchen complete with multiple ovens, multiple dishwashers, mulitple refrigerators and freezers, prep sink, and Teppanyaki grill. Enjoy the electronic master shower, steamer, the multiple decks, and multiple patios. Top of the line smart home system; control your lights, music, entertainment, and temperature right from Ipad.
