West 1201 offers an elegant, tranquil feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the wall-mounted UHD Smart TV complete with a Blu-Ray player and Samsung soundbar. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, quartzite countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer and is easily accessible from the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a new Purple© mattress, Samsung UHD Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, an HD Smart TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, an HD Smart TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

We booked for the awesome location. It was near our favorite spots. Also enjoyed the private beach. My only complaint is that you cannot put up a tent, even behind all of the resort set ups, which is less than ideal with an 18 month old who really shouldn’t be in the direct sunlight for hours at a time.

We love Destin and have stayed at the property next door. We needed a larger condo to accommodate grandparents. This resort did not disappoint. Beautiful condo, huge pools, beach service, covered parking, this property had it all! It was also very close to all the good restaurants and was easy to get in and out of. We throughly enjoyed staying at this unit. It is in a great location with beautiful views from the 12th story balcony. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make special dinners. Easy check in process and great communication prior to our arrival. Will definitely be returning!

Much needed change of scenery

This condo did not disappoint. My wife is going thru chemo and she needed a change of scenery for a few days. Excellent location with great amenities. Never had any issues finding a chair by the pool along with the added in beach service makes Silver Beach Towers first class.

Beautiful Condo

This was our first time staying in the Destin and we loved it. The condo is in a great location and has a perfect view of the gulf! The condo was well maintained and very comfortable. However, my only complaints is the security fob situation because having 6 people with 3 fobs and making sure we had one but not getting it wet was a hassle. Also, we had a 3 month old and it was inconvenient that we could not put up our own tent to provide shade and only were allowed to use the beach service umbrella.

Unexpected guests

On arrival reported birds living behind artwork on lanai reported to front desk took four days to be able to use lanai between the bird droppings and the constant activity of birds were unable to sit out during the day or night or eat out there. Was very disappointing day before departure at 4 AM Construction in bathroom above us bedroom carpets were not clean. ice machine did not work properly condominium has potential to be an excellent place to stay if problems could be addressed and corrected
