Grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target, and pharmacies are conveniently located only moments away from the resort. Being located on U.S. 192, our Orlando vacation condos provide the opportunity to make day trips to the Atlantic beaches on the east coast and the Gulf beaches on the west coast.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: $30 per day resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee includes WiFi, local calls, Liki Tiki Lagoon access, mini-golf, paddle boats, sports equipment, surrey bikes, and in-room safe.

A detailed confirmation letter will be sent with check in instructions, late arrival info and everything you will need once you have paid your reservation in full. If you have paid in full, the info will be sent as soon as possible.

Staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you! 24 hour security & front desk services!

Rooms need updated and pictures need updated on what unit you are renting they were not even close t

The suite was very outdated not what pictures looked like wicker chairs didn’t even have cushions and were inside oven and fridge were all rusted ! Spa was warm but jets didn’t work this was at the pool. Drinks were great and swimming was good activities were good ! Was put in the very back corner was resort.

I never have written a review but MUST to help inform others: So, We rented this property after several days at a Disney resort, in hopes to relax and allow our daughter to enjoy the water park. We actually changed our flight and extended our stay just to come to this property ! We expected what was advertised on VrBO of course. We’ve used VRBO before and have always had GREAT experiences. Unfortunately We were not informed that the water park area was closed due to a “broken pump”(other guest later informed me they heard several children were affected by the chemicals and fallen ill eeek) so it was closed. I stressed at check in that this was disappointing and not what we had signed up for & asked if it would open while we were staying (because that’s what we were there for) & we were given more dodgy info. We also never heard back from the person we booked from. We tried contacting him immediately , the “property manager “ so it stated on VrBO listing). By the way, This property is also a “time share “ resort, so they WILL begin to push that & a tour on you from check in moment & onward. My husband and I being in sales, and knowing every angle, tactic etc were not exactly pleased with the continuous calls morning and night (with an infant sleeping that they saw us check in with!) to our room with sales pitches. We had already told them at check in as well that we would let THEM know IF we changed our mind( & how could we even know if we had never stayed there and the things we expected were not available.?) It was a disturbing, on top of disappointing, few days. They moved us to a standard “ pool view “ day two, after we complained about water park (the front desk girl was the only one who was apologetic & did what she could) however, we could have not extended our trip & gone home for the same thing. Waste of money, and false advertising. No compensation . Also, the pictures aren’t what you actually get. Very very misleading . & also No jacuzzi tub in room either. We are people who have NEVER written a bad review in our lives, or not made best of any place, any time. This was unfortunately a situation that needed to be shared in order to save others time & money. Honesty goes a LONG way in our book, or at the least the effort to right what was wrong. Neither courtesy were givin. Even with prompt communication on our end about the unfair situationAnd we felt almost scammed & then pushed to buy a time share ON TOP for three days ! Just wrong

Friendly and family oriented!

This was my first time staying at this property. I must say that I was skeptical from photos and just not knowing what I was going to get. I will say that my family and I enjoyed the condo very much. Staff was prompt and always courteous. The grounds were clean and maintained. Overall, everything was pleasant and I’d like to thank everyone for making our experience enjoyable!

Our room was better than expected. Our only complaint with the entire stay was that we had no cell service and the WiFi was awful. No strong spots and constantly disconnecting. Other than that we were very pleased.

It was good, but a tad outdated

You can tell they are remodeling pieces by pieces. It's a tad outdated. But for the price it's ok. The water park was nice, but not parent friendly for small children. Hard to keep up with viewing your own children since the path around the pool stops and you have to go all the way around the other way to get to where the slide ends up

False advertising

The pictures of the unit is not what this unit is. The bathroom pictures used here are far from the truth. There is a tub but not jetted as shown in picture and stated in overview. One of the reasons I actually went with renting this was because I thought I was getting a beautiful bathroom. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. We had 4 people stay in the room and 2 slept on pullout. When we went to bed, no sheets or blankets or pillows. Called the front desk and it took them an hour to bring the bedding. There was a leak inside of the room. Called the front desk, they sent an "engineer" who said he would let his boss know. All in all, I felt completely ripped off because of the false pics and info on the vrbo site.
