Cas Xeremier is one of the most elegant and stylish houses in Alcudia. With an ideal location in the coveted historic city, with a wide range of facilities practically at the doorstep, Cas Xeremier has been designed to impress. Mixing the old and the new (the house dates back to the 16th century), combining the Mallorcan soul with the most modern comforts, this house is the ideal option for all those guests who do not want to constantly rely on a car while on holiday. Being close to shops, beaches and public transport.
Inside, the house has an impressive living room with exposed stone walls and high ceilings with beams (loft style). On the lower level, there is a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen (of a very high standard), a laundry / WC and a dining room. Stairs lead to the upper mezzanine-style floor with an elegant double bedroom (separated by a glass wall) with its own bathroom with bathtub and another living room overlooking the beautiful living room. At the back of the house, there is also an external patio with a dining table and chairs, which provides access through a spiral staircase to another double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower. For added comfort, the house has air conditioning. Air conditioning available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
The tourist tax is included in the price.
Information to be taken into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registering all guests.

Die Wohnung ist architektonisch ansprechend gestaltet aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badeinrichtung ist verschlissen. Das gläserne Waschbecken wurde unterm Ablauf unfachmännisch mit großen Slikonwülsten geflickt, was dank des Materials Glas offen zutage tritt. Die Scharniere der Duschtrennwand auf der Badewanne sind so verkalkt und verschmutzt, dass sie sich nur schwer bewegen lassen.Die Schränke sind weitgehend mit Material befüllt, das nicht dem Gast dient.In der Küche sind keine kürzeren Schneidemesser vorhanden, so dass wir froh über unser mitgebrachtes Taschenmesser waren. Weingläser fehlen. In der für 4 Personen ausgelegten Wohnung gibt es 3 Sektgläser und 3 Gabeln.Zusammenfassend: lieblos bzw. schlecht gepflegt
Schöne Unterkunft Unterkunft, aber nur bedingt für 4 Erwachsene geeignet
Die Unterkunft in einem Mallorquinischen Altbau ist sehr schön in der Altstadt von Alcudia gelegen. Zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig. Die moderne Einrichtung in Verbindung mit dem Altbau verleiht dem Objekt einen Loft-Charakter. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Größe wird mit 175 qm Fläche angegeben. Sie jedoch ist deutlich kleiner. Zur Schlafsitiation: Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer in der (zum Wohnbereich offenen) Galerie. Dort befinden sich zwei Betten nur durch eine Glasbausteinwand getrennt. Eines ist ca. 140 cm breit und eines ca. 90 cm. In einem hinteren separaten Gebäudeteil des Hauses ist ein zweites Schlafzimmer über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Dieses Zimmer ist sehr beengend und das Bett ca. 120 cm breit. Für zwei Erwachsene eigentlich zu schmal. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes kleines Bad. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur easyvillas gestaltete sich anstrengend. Erst auf eigene Anfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, wie wir Zugang zu dem Haus erhalten.
