Definitely spaceous, very comfortable and well appointed. Great base location for the area, easy to get out to local attractions and further afield. Very helpful info from the responsive host. Plenty of local amenities - do check out Loch Leven's Larder!

this is a beautiful part of Scotland. I would highly recommend a visit. the cottage its self was excellent. The loch and surrounding area are full of history and nature, and wonderful country side, although I may be a little biased as I am from nearby Fife. But I am confident you will enjoy a stay hear.

Modern & comfy week by the loch

Found this fantastic farm cottage, it was modern, bright with everything you would need for a home to home stay, Comfy beds, lovely towels, open plan kitchen with everything you need to self cater. Bathroom was a large size, shower was great. Not one negative. Area was beautiful. Will be back next time we are in that area for sure, Thanks Julie, the flowers were still going strong after 7 days also!

Fabulous

Very unassuming entrance but a definite Wow when you open the door to Garden Lodge. A bright open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with large glass doors leading onto a private, leafy terrace. The whole place is immaculately kept with quality fixtures and fittings and short of nothing. Fabulous spot for exploring the area, we all loved it.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Kinross

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, auch weil es zum Willkommen Blumen und Kekse gab. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns sie sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bei der nichts fehlte, und die ruhige Terrasse mit Nachmittagssonne.

Spacious, cosy and peaceful.

Rural but very close to an old style pub and also the Loch Leven Larder. Very quiet and farm working is not an issue. Easy to get to lots of attractions within a 30min drive. Highly recommended. Red squirrel in the garden too!

Brilliant holiday home!

The house is extremely clean and cosy! Love the design and the skylight which make the house so bright! The owner is very thoughtful and friendly. Thank you so much for the fresh milk, butter and biscuits! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely cottage in a peaceful location

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a lovely position, nice and quiet but plenty to see round about. The walk round the loch was a pleasant way to spend a day.

Well done on tackling the 13 miles loop walk from the cottage and all around the loch. And it takes you past Loch Levens Larder for a restorative stop on the way back.

Good base for walking/birdwatching

Very comfortable and cosy. Julie provided homemade shortbread, chocs, etc. A lovely decorated Christmas 🎄 too!

Lovely cottage

This cottage is simply charming. Exactly as advertised with lots of little extras. Very quiet, but with a great restaurant featuring afternoon tea across the road and a nice pub just down the road. I am a VRBO owner from Colorado with high standards. This cottage more than meets my standards!
