APARTMENT No. 32 is located a 2-minute walk from the coastal tram and the seawall. The coastal tram takes you to all the seaside resorts of the Belgian coast.
The ground-floor designer apartment (90m²) at No. 32 in Ostend is tastefully decorated with designer furniture and equipped with every modern luxury. This apartment accommodates 4 people (including children and babies).
LIVING
The beautiful white leather designer lounge is a cozy place to relax. The 5-meter-long wardrobe with indirect lighting offers ample storage space. Wireless internet with Fiber Boost 1Gbps/100Mbps, an iPod dock, and a TV are also included. The indoor table seems to extend outdoors and is 3 meters long with 8 designer chairs by Danish designer Till Behrens. You can enjoy a barbecue, a garden table, 4 lounge chairs, and a parasol, ideal for enjoying warm holidays in Ostend in the comfort of your own apartment. KITCHEN
The open-plan SieMatic kitchen is luxuriously equipped with Miele appliances: a Biofresh refrigerator with freezer, a combination oven with microwave and grill, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, an integrated plate warmer, an induction cooktop, an extractor hood, and a dishwasher. Beautiful and practical kitchenware is provided in abundance. The stone work island features four Lem bar stools, perfect for cozy dining and aperitifs.
BEDROOM 1
Two single beds and a spacious separate dressing room. The beds are made upon arrival. A roller shutter is provided, perfect for a good night's sleep.
BEDROOM 2
One double bed. There is also a solid chestnut desk and a large wall of wardrobes with indirect lighting. The bed is made upon arrival. A roller shutter also provides a darkening effect for a good night's sleep.
BATHROOM
The compact bathroom is equipped with a shower with side jets, storage furniture, and a sink. A hairdryer is provided. There is a separate toilet with a hand basin. Bath towels are provided. Two bath towels, one hand towel, and one guest towel are provided per person.
GARDEN
The spacious garden (90m²) features a table and four chairs, four loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue. Use of the jacuzzi and outdoor shower is available upon request for €50/day. (Only available from the Easter holidays until the end of September.)
PARKING
Parking is available on the villa's driveway between the front doors and the garage, and there is a bicycle shed in the garden.

Very well equipped. A shower room door would have given more privacy for two couples. Outdoor area very well maintained. Very clean. Comfy beds and plenty of lounging furniture, inside and in the garden. Excellent shower. Kitchen very well equipped.Easy distance to local amenities, slightly further for centre and marina, but a pleasant walk along the seafront. Nearest Bar/restaurant Monroe, a short walk, very friendly and nice food.

Eine schöne, komfortable Wohnung mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. "Direkt am Meer" verstehe ich etwas anders... Das "kompakte" Bad war in der Tat klein und hatte keine eigene Tür... Aber als Familie haben wir uns arrangiert und die Tage genossen. Von der Einrichtungen her ist die Wohnung in der Tat sehr exklusiv und komfortabel

Topp Unterkunft!!!

Tolle Designerwohnung in sehr guter Wohngegend, ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen, der Strand ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants . Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und der schöne Garten lädt mit Sitzgruppe und Liegestühlen zum verweilen ein. Wir kommen wieder 👌🤗

Vorsicht vor unberechtigten Kautionszahlungen, Bettbezugskontrolle, keine erweiterte Cov19Reinigung!

Auf den ersten Blick wirkt alles sehr ordentlich, jedoch fanden wir Spinnenweben unter der Bartheke, im Wohnzimmer an der Decke, im Schlafzimmer lag noch ein altes Taschentuch unter dem Bett und die Schubladen waren mit Krümeln von vorherigen Vermietungen versehen. Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt am Meer, wie inseriert, sondern einige Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt über dem Mietobjekt, was sich leider als sehr nachteilig erwies. Beim check in wurden wir angehalten, Fotos der Betten, an die Vermieterin zu senden, da wohl viele Mieter die Betten nicht bezögen. Da ich mit meiner Mutter und zwei kleinen Kindern vor Ort war und mein Ehemann nachreiste waren zunächst nur vier Betten unsererseits bezogen. Vier Bilder hatte ich der Vermieterin gesand und als wir abends am Essen waren, wurden wir von der Vermieterin zur "Betten-Bezugs-Kontrolle" überrascht. Diese überprüfte, zu meinem Erstaunen, jedes Bett. An dieser Stelle musste ich mehrere Male erklären, dass wir für fünf Personen gebucht, mein Ehemann jedoch erst zum Wochenende nachreisen würde, wir demnach derzeit nur vier Personen seien und das fünfte Bett dann bei Bedarf bezogen würde, sobald die fünfte Person auch anwesend sei. So wurden wir dazu angehalten, weitere "Bettfotos" zu senden. In der ersten Nacht war die Wohnung sehr kalt und das regulierende Thermostat erst nach einem Anruf der Vermieterin auffindbar. Danach fühlten wir uns wohl. Der Backofen hatte diverse Fehlermeldungen, aber auch hier half die Vermieterin, auch wenn sie gleichzeitig die Personen im Raum zählte und direkt nachfragte, ob der Gast, der anwesend war, die fünfte Mietperson sei. Problematisch wurde es dann nachdem wir ausgecheckt waren. Bei unserer Ankunft war kein Fön vorhanden, dieser wurde uns nun in Rechnung gestellt. Gleichermaßen wurde behauptet, dass wir einen Bezug beschädigt hätten und man hat von meiner Kreditkarte 150€ abgebucht. Nach einer Beschwerde bei Fewo-direkt, meinten diese, sie würden die Vermieterin kontaktieren und Fotos verlangen von diversen Schäden. Letztendlich bekamen wir lediglich eine Mail, dass dem Vermieter recht gegeben wurde. Die vermeintlichen Fotos von etwaigen Schäden, wurden uns aber nicht gesand, was ich doch sehr unprofessionell finde. Demnach haben wir einen Rechtsanwalt eingeschaltet. Eine erweiterte Covid19 Reinigung findet nicht statt, man hatte uns Punkt 10 aus der Wohnung geschickt und um 12 sollten die Nächsten Mieter einziehen (1 Tag leer zw. Vermietungen)

Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung

Sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung in der es an Nichts fehlt. Der Strand und die schöne Promenade sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch ein großer Sipermarkt , sowie Restaurants sind Fusßläufig zu erreichen, so dass das Auto eigentlich oft auf dem Hauseigenenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben kann. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und hat eine schöne Terrasse auf der man auch sehr gut bei einem Glas Wein zu Abend essen kann. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Vakantie aan zee

Aangenaam verblijf in een mooi en gezellig appartement. In de tuin van het mooie weer kunnen genieten. Rustige ligging en toch dichtbij de zee. Super ! Ook de gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Lage

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, die Einrichtung und besonders die Küchenausstattung sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt am Ende der Straße, fußläufig nach ca. 300 Metern zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselüber- und abgabe war sehr unkompliziert, die Kaution ist nach ca. 10 Tage eingegangen. Zum Meer sind es über die Hauptstraße ebenfalls keine 5 Minuten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt für Spaziergänge am Meer und Tagesausflüge in Städte in die Umgebung sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen.
