Direct beachfront, gorgeous sunsets from the large balcony and condo is well appointed throughout. The views are amazing and the condo is completely renovated. This unit has all the amenities of a luxury condo building plus it is right on the beach with gorgeous views from the entire unit!
Open concept, high end finishes, updated furniture, including king bed in large master suite and 2 queens in the guestroom. A large corner balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf with table seating for 4-6. Updated kitchen with high end appliances, gorgeous marble island, wine/beverage fridge, microwave drawer, full size washer, dryer and more!
The Sea Gate Club is a luxury building with a beach front pool, tennis court, new fitness room, social room, library, beach chairs and palapa huts for Sea Gate residents and guests. This is the place you will want to rent year after year! Perfect location too, the Publix is just across the street and it is only a 5-10 minute drive to all the great restaurants and shops in St. Armand's Circle.
Unit is located in the west/northwest corner of the building so full sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico year around. Large direct Gulf balcony with seating for 6 and two portable chaise lounges provided. Smart TV's in the master bedroom and living room. Full size in-unit Washer / Dryer. The complex has a nicely equipped gym, a heated pool, hot tub and tennis court.
Covered carport, Comcast/infinity cable, water and electricity (with a $150/month upper limit for electricity) and Wi-Fi internet included.
There is a $150 application fee due to the condominium association for any applicant.

We purchased our Longboat Key Condo a few years ago. It has been beautifully redone and we hope you love it as much as we do! Our intent is to spend time here as an escape from the cold Chicago winters. We have a few years until we can be there regularly, so in the meantime, we want to share it with someone who will hopefully enjoy it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
The views from this unit are unbelievable which alone makes it a fabulous property! But, then you add the high end kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, clear balcony rails, high end furniture, linens, beds, dishes, and the list goes on. Plus, it is in a perfect location too, you can walk to the Publix Grocery Store, just across the street, and you are just 5-10 minutes from St. Armand's Circle. Longboat Key is a wonderful active community with lots to do, but its also a great place just to sit back and relax.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with how the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico flow right into the huge open kitchen / dining / family room area. We also love that we have views of the gulf from every window! The corner balcony has two sliders, so you can open those and get a great breeze, or just sit outside and enjoy the view. Its a wonderful, relaxing place, yet its so close to St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota.
