We had a lovely stay in this lovely house, right on the lake with beautiful views, House very comfortable, a lovely out door deck, and cute sunroom , plenty of reading material , thankyou for providing a lovely place to stay
I have been visiting Lake Daylesford Cottage for over a decade and hopefully will continue to visit for years to come. The cottage is warm and cosy with beautiful views of the lake and dog walkers. Communication with Rodney is always great. Perfect location that feels like a home away from home.
Right on the lake and not too far from town. Cottage has everything you could ask for. Owners are close by and so very helpful with tips for cafes and restaurants etc.
Loved my stay the first time and didn't hesitate to book it again. Thank you, Rodney and Denise, for a wonderful stay.

Welcome any time Jacki, pleased to know it was just what you expected.
The cottage was sooo lovely, I’ve stayed there twice before and would go back in a heartbeat. A beautiful place, not too far from town, nice and quiet on the lake, everything provided for us was spot on. Thanks Rodney and Denise, we will see you again

About the host
Hosted by Rodney Robinson
Daylesford used to be our Melbourne escape and we wanted the weekends to get longer, eventually we gave away the city traffic for fresh air, lake views and no traffic lights. Our village is stylish, vibrant and welcoming - I love golf at Hepburn Springs and my wife Denise gets creative as floral stylist to Lake House.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location
What makes this property unique
In Leggatt Street on our side of the lake there are only a handful of properties for rental, right in the middle of the action - walks, views, water, the morning sunrise a gift - where else would you want to be?
