ABOUT THE APARTMENT...

The holiday rental apartment is situated on the first floor above the garages (only 3 steps to the front door) & has a great view north along the coastline to Norah Head .
This unit has been recently renovated inside & out. Situated on the headland where the lake meets the ocean.
The unit has 2 bedrooms with BIR. & a single lock up garage & external laundry.
The main bedroom has a queen bed . The second bedroom has 2 single beds & an extra mattress.
Please note that the apartment has a total of 5 persons max staying overnight. However a total of 4 adults is permitted.
Families preferred -. Bookings not accepted for parties / functions / under 21’s/ schoolies or bucks/ boys & hens weekends.
Sorry, no pets allowed.


UNSERVICED APARTMENT- LINEN REQUIRED
For health reasons we cannot supply linen ,however linen hire can be provided . We do supply Blankets and Pillows.

The property is conveniently located within ten minutes walk from restaurants ,cafe’s and the shopping precinct.
Just walk cross the road to relax on the beach. You can choose to swim at the patrolled surf beach or the ocean baths. Young children will love the rock pools at low tide or the water play park 500 metres away.
See the Entrance's renowned Pelican Experience on Saturday afternoons at 3.30.
Skate Park close by.
Fishing or prawning right in front of the apartment.

Great location across the road from the beach and near the pool. Apartment has everything you need. Didn't use the kitchen so can't comment on how well equipped it is.Bed in main room is very comfortable.

Great place for a family of 4
