Escape to this spacious, fully self-contained ground-floor apartment, perfect for couples, small families, and their furry friends. Located just 90 minutes north of the Sydney CBD, we offer a relaxing retreat with resort-style amenities including a pool, spa, and games room.

The Space
We have designed this space with quality and functionality in mind to ensure a memorable stay.
• Bedroom: Features a separate bedroom with a high-quality queen-size bed.
• Living Area: A large, comfortable space to unwind, complete with a full Foxtel Platinum package.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas cooktop, quality utensils, and a coffee maker with complimentary pods.
• Bathroom: Modern and clean, with all bed linen, blankets, pillows, and bath towels provided.
• Family Friendly: Comfortably accommodates up to 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). A port-a-cot or additional airbed is available free of charge upon request.

• Day Trips: 15 minutes to The Entrance, 10 minutes to championship golf courses, and under an hour to the Hunter Valley or Newcastle.

You will have your own private entrance via the side of the house. While the apartment is completely private, it is part of the ground floor of our 3-storey home. We are happy to share local tips and favorite spots, or we can leave you to enjoy your privacy.
Parking: Plenty of off-street parking is available.

We loved our trip to this sweet little hideaway. The House were really sweet and accommodating and the place had lots of little extras to make you feel at home. Will definitely be back. Great price. Great bang for Buck and lovely hosts and great location.

I am travelling from the Sunshine Coast to Victoria with my mother in law and this property was not what I expected. When we got to the property there was no parking outside the house so we parked outside the neighbours house. We had to drag all of our things down the side of the house with multiple steps leading to the back of the property. When we reached the apartment there are some questionable steps to take you in to the apartment, we found it easier and somewhat safer to go through the gym room entrance. The whole place was cold on a relatively warm day and it didn't really warm up even with the fake fireplace running at full speed and doorsvand windows closed. The toilet doesn't offer much in the way of space with your knees hitting the door with the door closed. We have stayed at 4 properties during this trip and this was the most expensive but by far the worst. We couldn't get out quick enough and left at 5 in the morning just to escape it.

Regarding parking, there is plenty of street parking available directly outside the property, and had you contacted us upon arrival, we would have been more than happy to offer you the use of our private driveway to make unloading easier. The access path and the two steps into the apartment are fully sound and safe, with no structural issues whatsoever, though we understand that carrying luggage can make navigating steps more tiring after a long drive. We are also sorry to hear that you found the apartment cold. We have never received this feedback before, but we live on-site and are always available to assist. Had you messaged us to let us know, we would have gladly provided extra heating right away. We regret that the property did not align with your expectations and wish you a safe continuation of your journey to Victoria.

Budget friendly accommodation. Close to amenities like Lake Haven Centre (3 min drive ) & 12 min drive to the many beaches nearby. Check in was straightforward. Pet-friendly. We stayed with our kids and dog and had a great short stay vacation. Kids enjoyed the games room. There’s a park across the road for dog walking or you can head to Budgewoi dog beach.

Great Location
