Our property is located on 90+ private, walkable acres and is adjacent to the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is a spectacular place to unwind and relax with long mountain views and plenty of privacy. Enjoy the property's serenity where deer and turkey are your neighbors. Stone Mountain State Park and the New River State Park are a short drive away to enjoy hiking, fishing, canoeing and floating. In addition, there are 40 vineyards within an hour drive and the property is less than 10 miles to Camp Cheerio.

This multi-level 5bed/2bath home is the perfect family home. The home boasts a massive octagonal porch with a table for 8 and unobstructed views of the mountains. There is plenty of parking for at least 6 vehicles. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the hall bath. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the goodies needed for cooking family meals. In addition to the massive table on the porch, you can also enjoy your meals on the large dining room table. Three bedrooms are located on the ground level and two are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, 2 guest rooms each have a queen bed, 2 guest rooms each have a full bed and the "kid-suite" attached to the master by french doors has a bunk bed with a twin on top, full on the bottom and a pull out twin trundle. Two bathrooms with touch screen mirror lights and rain shower heads are located on the ground level. The house has heating and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in every room. Outside on the property, you can wonder along to the upper pasture for quiet, private walks with incredible views, or head out to the 2 ponds on the property for catch and release fishing. Watch the sun set behind the mountains while warming up by the portable fire pit in the front yard until it becomes your own private planetarium to watch for falling stars. Bocce ball and corn hole are also available to play outside in the yard. We are pet friendly but require a pet fee. This property is great for a family reunion or gathering!
