Previously an artist's studio, this delightful accommodation is within easy walking distance of Berrima's shops, restaurants, historic buildings and attractions. A peaceful and private stay is assured, as the studio is set back from the street and surrounded by a beautiful garden.

Studio 12 is studio style accommodation and is one large room that accommodates up to 3 people, and includes a queen and single bed. Tastefully decorated, the kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, electric wok and grill. Linen and towels are supplied.
Double french doors opening out onto the large garden that separates this accommodation from the main residence.

Wonderfully hosted by Robyn. Had everything we needed - great little kitchenette always a plus. Cosy warm in the chilly weather, clean, comfy bed and pleasant quiet surrounds. A great spot to base yourself over several days and explore the surrounds and wineries. A short stroll to Berrima, such a lovely and welcoming township. Robyn kindly gave us eating options for gluten free. The local Berrima Josh's Cafe and Berrima Village store were excellent for gluten free options for coeliacs - such yum food as well as Franquette Creperie in Bowral (wow) - thank you Robyn for your efforts and kindness in making our stay very special indeed.

The Studio was perfect for our girls weekend away. Convenient location and it was clean and comfortable. Loved looking out onto the gardens and the weather was lovely too during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

This studio works well for us it was warm and comfortable and I adore Berrima especially The Magpie Cafe always excellent …..I miss the wonderful stores but lucky to have known them

Fantastic place.

Super clean, private studio. check in process was super easy. Very nicely located right near the middle of the town. With only a very short walk to the shops, and short drive to surrounding towns. The heating was amazing with the cold weather.
