We really enjoyed our stay and the location was amazing. the area of the lake was prefect. We will be returning again forsure. Just one little complaint- the shower head in the bathroom by the 2 rooms needs a new one, it was little hard to shower in that bathroom.

Thank goodness we had the pool since the lake was closed. It is a nice big pool. The house needs updating but it easily accommodated our family.

Great property on Lake LBJ! Close to Shober Beach, Boat Town Burgers, and perfect spot on the Llano

Easy check in and out, great location, has all the amenities you could want - boat slip, pool, hot tub, and grill! Great place!

We have stayed at this property multiple times and look forward to it each year. We really enjoy sitting on the back porch looking out over the water and the kids love jumping off the dock. It's a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are extremely quick to respond as well. I highly recommend renting both houses together.

*The pool and spa were the highlight of this rental. We were apprehensive about sharing with others, but it worked out fine. *House pictures were somewhat misleading. The layout of the rooms and small kitchen and living room were not what the pictures projected.*It worked for us, but the driveway is extremely narrow for pickups. *I suggest that the owners put a more secure rug inside the door to the porch. Our grandson slipped on it and fell. Thankfully, that did not happen to an adult.

Amazing Property

This is our second time staying here and it won’t be our last! We rented both houses for a large group of family and friends and had a wonderful time! The property management company is very responsive and extremely helpful with any questions we have.

Great Place

Great place, we had a boat and we were able to utilize the lift which was great. Evening shade with St Augustine grass was awesome. Actually, shade in the morning is good too with the trees and home next door. Wonderful home!

Great house!

We had a great vacation at this house. It is super clean and the back room can sleep a bunch of kids. We had an issue with the hot tub but the owners were on it and got it taken care of. Defiantly recommend this house for a nice lake get away!

Everything was perfect!

We got our family together for a high school graduation celebration. The house was perfectly arranged for comfort without feeling crowded. The beds and linens were super comfortable. We had everything we needed. The bonus is the beautiful backyard, pool, and lake. We will definitely stay again.

Nice and comfortable house located on the lake. Whole family rented Azure 1 and 2. This is the way to go for large groups or families. Nice pool and yard. Great for dogs. House very clean and well stocked. Will definitely come back.
