Our stay

Our over all stay at the property was great apart from being cold, the property would need a heatpump down stairs also the Fire place upstairs being in the wall is not enough for the size of the property hopefully something is done for the next winter.

Thank you for your review. We're pleased to hear you had a great stay overall and enjoyed your time at Kaimanawa Lookout. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the heating. We're sorry to hear the property felt cold during your stay and that the existing fireplace did not provide the level of warmth you expected for a home of this size. We'll pass your comments regarding the potential addition of a downstairs heat pump and heating capacity on to the Property Manager for consideration. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your constructive feedback and hope to welcome you back to Omori in the future. Kind regards, Kenneth Reputations & Resolutions Team
