Condo needs to be updated, pot and pans are super old,master bed furniture and mattress in very bad shape very uncomfortable to sleep on that mattress definitely needs new furniture!

the check in was fast and painless even though we arrived 1.5 hours before check in. the location was perfect as everything we needed was walking distance. the only negative was how loud the AC was when turning on, it scared me everytime

The room was not clean at all. The kitchen had a terrible smell. The beds did not look like they were clean the sheets had stains and hair. We also noticed a cockroach in the main bedroom.

First of all check-in was fine but key we received didn’t unlock door maintenance came to help.turns out key didn’t lock the iron door so couldn’t lock it,It would open wood door with jiggling it was a hassle. Condo size was fine but furniture was old and the place was was throughly cleaned Fans were very dusty also furniture we didn’t have hot water for one day. The remotes to tv were not working at all. Dishes available were small like children plates and only had 4 forks also tiny,place is dated there was a for sale sign I guess that’s why nothing is really done to condo. The worst part is couldn’t get a hold of owner I would think it should be easy but no. Last but not least one cap to kiddy pool was off leaving a hole in the middle of the pool someone could break a leg maintenance was informed but nothing was done. The lady in reception was very attentive and super nice gave us good recommendations for eating

This is a great location. Great pool and hot tub. Big and spacious. The only thing that keeps this room from being fabulous is the 6 inch 1980s mattresses on the beds, with a big bend in the middle and the sloped sides. After a great day in Mexico, a wonderful bed to fall into is a thing of splendor. I would stay here everytime I come to this area if not for that, and for all it had I would not, sadly, stay again.

The condo was nice at first however we ended up seeing bugs throughout our stay we seen them in the kitchen and bathroom! Also there was no bedding or blankets for the pullout sofa bed and there were no extra towels, getting ahold of the host wasn’t that easy ! I asked about early check-in! And didn’t get a response until hours later! Also I messaged them today before check out to find out if I needed to strip the beds or what the check out rules we’re and didn’t get a response, there was no rules on the app and when I got there I signed documents but I was not given copies of them! I did not get a response when I asked at checkout about the beds and I also reached out about the bugs still have no response as of right now! On anything

Great place to stay, will be back

The room and facility was very clean and quiet. Security is prevalent and the property seemed very safe. The view from the room was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone stays here, especially for the price.
